Chapter 183: Blood Fox Nickname

City Guard Headquarters, Xander’s Office.

Xander was currently talking with two of his generals: General Andy Synder and Lieutenant General Nolan Mullen.

General Andy was a mature man with blue hair and red eyes, while Lieutenant General Nolan was a grown man with black hair and blue eyes.

The trio was discussing the mine because they believed Lieutenant Colonel Alex would succeed in claiming the mine.

"City lord, I think we should set some traps around the mine after we claim it." General Andy voiced out his idea.

"I agree with General Andy’s idea, City lord." Lieutenant General Nolan added, "And I think we should also send reinforcements so that the trap installations won’t interfere with the mining of Mana Crystals."

"That’s a good idea!" Xander agreed instantly. "We will send reinforcements after Lieutenant Colonel Alex report the situation."

General Andy and Lieutenant General Nolan nodded in agreement.

As the trio was discussing the mine and their future plan, a gorgeous lady with long blue hair and emerald eyes approached Xander’s office.

Her name was Tia Foster, a Brigadier General in the army.

Even though General Tia looked calm, she was furious because something big had just happened at the entrance gate.

However, she didn’t go to the scene right away because she needed to report the situation to the city lord first.

"City Lord, may I come in? I have an urgent report for you," General Tia said after knocking on the door.

"Come in." Xander’s voice rang out from the other side of the door.

After closing the door, General Tia stood next to Xander.

She could not stand directly before him because he was seated on the couch, with General Andy and Lieutenant General Nolan sitting across from him.

"What do you want to report, Brigadier General Tia?" Xander asked curiously.

"Something big just happened at main gate, city lord." General Tia informed him that someone had caused trouble at the main gate, destroying it and killing many soldiers.

Xander’s expression grew darker with each word of the report. Rage seared through him, and killing intent flashed in his eyes.

Not only him, but General Andy and Lieutenant General Nolan were also furious because the Masked man dared to kill their soldiers in their place.

"Let’s go to the gate now!" Xander cut in because he wanted to see the situation by himself.

The three generals exchanged glances before finally following him.

Several minutes later, they arrived at the scene.

"City lord..."

"City lord..."

"City lord..."

The soldiers cleaning up the aftermath greeted him, but he ignored them as his attention remained fixed on the lifeless bodies around him.

’DAMN IT!’

The longer he saw the dead troops, the angrier he became.

’....’

His footsteps stopped, and his eyes widened when he saw two heads on the spears.

’Lieutenant Colonel Alex? Colonel Freddy?’

He rushed toward the gruesome gifts left by Ren before his steps were stopped by the message written on the ground.

[City lord, I’m sorry for destroying the entrance gate. As an apology, I’ve left two gifts for you. You can find them on the black spears. I hope you can forgive me. Masked man.]

His body trembled with rage, and his eyes burned red with fury.

His anger reached its peak after reading the message because Ren was not just challenging him, but he was also mocking him and disgracing his entire city.

"Lieutenant Colonel Alex? Colonel Freddy?" the three generals behind him were also stunned at the sight of two heads impaled on spears.

"Does this mean we’ve failed to seize the mine once again?" Lieutenant General Nolan asked grimly.

As their anger was simmering, the ten soldiers who had been sent to claim the mine returned.

They slowed their sprint when the gruesome scene came into view.

’What’s going on?’

When they caught sight of their city lord, they dashed toward him because they wanted to report their situation.

Xander shifted his gaze when he noticed them.

"Report, City Lord... we... we failed to claim the mine," the blue-haired man stammered.

"Why have only ten of you returned? Where are the others?" Xander inquired.

"The rest... they... they didn’t make it," the green-haired man replied grimly. "They were all killed."

"It’s all because of the Masked Man, City Lord," The red-haired man explained, "He is the reason we failed to claim the mine."

Xander’s body trembled with rage again.

’Him again?!’

Ren had stopped them from claiming the mine several times, so he lost control of himself after hearing the report.

"City...city lord?" General Tia turned to him when killing intent erupted from his body.

"Aaaggghhh! MASKED MAN, I WILL KILL YOU! I WILL KILL YOU!" Xander roared angrily.

----

The following day, Nafield City sent one thousand soldiers to seize the mine.

However, they met the same fate as the soldiers of Icria City.

The name of the masked man and Moon Organization became even more famous. In both cities, restaurants and tea shops buzzed with discussions about them.

Some people even traveled to Nightshire City to find out more about the rising group and the Masked man.

Once they were in the city, they discovered that the leader of the rising organization was a hero who saved the city from countless magical beasts, causing the Moon Organization’s fame to soar even higher.

But despite uncovering much about the Moon Organization, they still knew nothing about the Masked man.

The soldiers of Nightshire City and his subordinates never revealed his identity, so he remained a mystery until now.

As news of his achievements spread like wildfire, Ren leisurely spent his time with his two women in his room.

The trio was in birthday suits because they had just finished an intense and passionate threesome.

Ren was currently lying on his back with Scarlett in his arms while Lexie was resting on his right side.

"Ren, did you know that people call you Blood Fox?" Lexie was also shocked when she learned that her boyfriend had earned such a nickname from the battle over the mine.

"Blood Fox? Don’t I always wear a white fox mask?" he inquired.

"They gave you that nickname because your mask was constantly stained with the blood of your enemies." Lexie explained.

"They are bad at giving a nickname." He stated.

"I agree with you." Lexie responded, "They should call you Perverted Fox instead because you are a pervert young man."

The corner of his lips twitched. "Scarlett, can you slide off me for a moment? I want to punish Lexie now."

"Un." Scarlett nodded before finally lying on the bed.

To his surprise, Lexie made her legs in a ’W’ position before finally spreading her pink pussy with her fingers.

"Punish me from the bottom first." Lexie said, "After that, you can make your way up to the top."

Ren sat between her legs before finally bending over.

"Then, I will start from the bottom first." After saying that, he began licking and sucking her beautiful vagina.

And soon, his room was filled with countless seductive wails again.

----

Nafield City, Joshua’s Office.

Joshua was sitting on his office chair with angry expression. The report of all his soldiers dying in the mine made him lose control of his temper.

He had lost four thousand soldiers in his attempts to seize the mine, yet it still remained in the hands of Nightshire City.

He was furious about this.

But what made him angry most was that he still didn’t know the identity of the person responsible for his soldiers’ deaths.

It was as if his soldiers were killed by a ghost, leaving no trace of the culprit behind.

"Just who the fuck is this masked man?" Joshua clenched his fist as he glared at the portrait on the table.

He had sent several spies to find out the identity of the masked man, but he remained a mystery until now.

He had even lost many spies in the process, making him angrier since they had uncovered nothing.

As he was glaring at the portrait with fury in his eyes, someone knocked on the door.

"City lord, may I come in?" General Bella inquired.

Joshua took a deep breath before finally answering, "Come in."

After closing the door and standing in front of him, she spoke, "City lord, there is a call from Icria City."

Joshua was in a bad mood, so harsh words came out of his mouth immediately. "What the fuck does that asshole want now?"

"We don’t know about that yet, but they said that their city lord wanted to discuss something regarding the Mana Crystal mine." General Bella responded,

"Mana Crystals mine?" he said in surprise.

’Why do they want to discuss it with us?’

A question popped up in his mind.

He rose to his feet and spoke, "Let’s go to the communication room now. I want to know what that bastard wants to talk to me about."

"Understood." General Bella followed him from behind.

After entering the communication room, he sat on the chair. Joshua could see Xander’s face clearly because he was calling them using magic.

"Your face looks grim, City Lord of Nafield. It seems you’re dealing with something serious," Xander remarked.

"Are you calling me to mock me, you bastard?" They were enemies, so Joshua showed no respect to him.

"Haha. Looks like I hit the mark." Xander didn’t retaliate and simply laughed. "It seems we are dealing with the same problem."

"Don’t beat around the bush. Just get to the point!" Joshua wanted to end the call immediately because they were not friends.

"Alright, alright," Xander responded. "I called you because I want us to be allies. Let’s seize the mine from Nightshire City together, and we will share the Mana Crystals fairly. What do you say?"
