The President's Pregnant, Ex-Wife-Chapter 425 – Robin’s vow to his brother-in-law.
Chapter 425: Chapter 425 – Robin’s vow to his brother-in-law.
"Could there be a chance that you are triplets?" Devin asked, weighing the possibilities.
It was strange but not unheard of, as Jacob had equally appeared from nowhere, yet was proved to be Robin’s twin, even when they did not look alike.
Robin thought about the question critically, confusion rummaging through his mind. Ethel and Grandma Cecilia were both there when they were born, and neither of them made mention of a third child.
"Unless I find out from Grandma, but there is no time. Sabrina has already arrived, and I’m walking down the aisle to wait for her," Robin said seriously.
Even if there was going to be a war, he was determined to openly recite those vows in his heart to his wife.
Not even a terrorist attack would stop him, and everything else was secondary to him at this moment.
"Triplet brother or not, the wedding must go on, and whoever tried to kill my best friend and sister-in-law has to pay," Robin vowed solemnly. After the wedding, he would give that matter his full attention as well.
The guests were impatiently waiting as Robin and Daniel took their positions.
Grandma Cecilia was so happy to be alive to see this day, wishing that Robin’s dad would have been alive to see the kind of responsible man Robin had become.
Cobby was most excited, and the general watched in admiration, happy that Robin made the correction in time.
He still had his men at Robin’s beck and call, and his protection of Matilda was also extreme, though she was clueless.
Camera flashes and videos were being taken from all angles when Robin walked down the aisle after Daniel.
He looked so breathtaking in his tuxedo that women were just watching him dreamily.
The first time he got married, he had a scowl on his face through it all but today, things were different.
It was as if the past womanizing Robin never existed, as Robin’s eyes, after he reached the altar, were only glued to the entrance where he expected to see his wife.
The twins were with Laura, and though it was their parents getting married, they could not understand anything going on.
Jacob had been more focused on the team protecting Sabrina, so he only came out of the shadows when Sabrina appeared at the entrance after Lizzy had walked down the aisle.
Jacob went to sit by Laura as he carried Robert on his lap. Seeing the way Robin looked happy, he was glad for the reunion and also for the fact that he got to witness it happen.
The crowd was going crazy at the sight of Sabrina when she appeared at the entrance. So many questions lingered in their minds as they had no idea how her delivery went.
The last time they saw her in the video Robin made, she was sitting and looking tired because of all that had transpired, but seeing her now, people could not help but wonder what had changed in her.
She seemed to have gained a little weight but was also glowing. Her stomach was flat, and she looked like a spoiled little princess.
While people aged, she seemed to be looking younger, and the single men were envious of Robin.
Lizzy walked down the aisle first and stood in front of Devin. The brother and sister looked very happy, almost shedding a tear.
So much had happened and was still happening, and yet, love stood as a shield over the siblings and their partners.
"You look beautiful, little Lizzy," Devin complimented. Lizzy frowned a little and responded in a whisper,
"I’m not little anymore. I’m married and pregnant."
Robin chuckled and Devin laughed as they turned their attention towards Sabrina. "She’s so beautiful," Robin muttered with glassy eyes.
It was like a dream to see his wife walking down the aisle and looking even prettier than before she gave birth to their twins.
Robin wondered how he took so long to realize that this woman was beyond perfection. He had mixed emotions, wondering what could have happened if he had not found out the truth and made the necessary corrections on time.
"You’d better not hurt her again, Robin," Devin warned with glassy eyes. Sabrina’s smile was unwavering, and he wanted it to remain that way for the rest of her life.
He had seen her shed tears in her misery and seen her pain over the years. All that was gone, but he still wanted to be certain that it remained that way.
The wedding dress design she had chosen from Paris and had Lizzy sew for her fit perfectly.
It featured five hundred thousand crystals, which weighed approximately 100 pounds.
Sabrina also wore a 26-foot-long veil adorned with real tiny diamonds, making her look like a fairy tale princess.
Her movement alongside the bridal procession was graceful as she walked down the aisle with a beautiful smile on her face and bouquet in hand; the cameras never stopped clicking.
Sabrina had decided in her heart not to shed a tear today. She was very happy, and all she wanted was to keep herself from allowing any tears to fall from her eyes, even if they were tears of joy.
This was a woman who had endured so much and yet was still very strong. However, everything around her at the moment only showed happiness, which she never had in her previous marriage.
As Sabrina walked the aisle, she vowed it was going to be the last time and she was once again going to give her all into the marriage whether Robin deserved it or not.
If she decided to love again, then she had to do so wholeheartedly.
As she stood in front of Robin, his hand itched to pull her into his arms, afraid that someone might steal her from him at the last moment.
It was only then that he remembered Devin’s warning. Though he heard it, he didn’t want anything to distract his attention from his gorgeous wife. freewёbnoνel.com
"Rest assured, Devin, all I want to do is make her the happiest woman in the world," Robin vowed to his brother-in-law.
