IF KI Gayoon had to describe his past relationship with Song Jia, then he would say it was strictly professional.

"Whatever," Lee Sarang said, hugging Song Jia’s arm. "Oppa, can we let Jia Unnie stay with us? I need Guiding!"

Ah, was this all a part of Ryu Sungbin’s plan?

Are those bastards trying to sabotage my love life?

"Gayoon Oppa, are you listening?"

"Like I said, I don’t make decisions alone," Gayoon said, turning to Noh Yuno who looked as indifferent as ever. "What do you think, Yuno-ya?"

To be honest, he already knew what Noh Yuno would say.

It’s suspicious why Lee Sarang wants Song Jia to stay with us. Even I think it would be better to keep Lee Sarang and Song Jia where we could see them. So, this punk will probably agree to let Song Jia in our house to observe—

They’re almost as precious as Sajangnim and Team Leader Bambi-ssi.

"But I also know that you and Gayoon Hyung only had a business relationship in the past, so I’m not really worried about you," Yuno said politely since Song Jia was the same age as Ki Gayoon. "I’m sorry if I’m being too blunt."

Song Jia just smiled and sipped her tea.

See? That reaction. It seems like Guide Song Jia-ssi is just being dragged around by Esper Lee Sarang-ssi.

"Gayoon Oppa, your love is narrow-minded. He’s probably feeling insecure~"

But I can’t let Song Jia stay with us when you’re making it obvious that you’re trying to pair her up with Gayoon Hyung."

Lee Sarang’s face turned red as if she was embarrassed.

And she should be.

"I’m not insecure and I trust Gayoon Hyung, but that doesn’t mean I’ll allow you to disrespect our relationship— especially not in our own home," Yuno added, putting his hand on top of Ki Gayoon’s hand. "Esper Lee Sarang-ssi, don’t cross the line."

"Right," Ki Gayoon agreed, gently squeezing Yuno’s hand. "Lee Sarang, I won’t let you get away easily with disrespecting my partner and my relationship with him."

Aww.

Yuno was touched by Ki Gayoon’s warm words, but he didn’t have the luxury to savor that feeling.

All because Lee Sarang looked like she was about to cry...

... wait, no.

Lee Sarang’s fluctuating Mana said otherwise.

"Rampage," Yuno said in disbelief. "Esper Lee Sarang-ssi is about to explode."

"I THOUGHT you were going to use Song Jia to sabotage Gayoon’s relationship."

Ryu Sungbin scoffed at what Jin Sooin said. "Does Noh Yuno look like the jealous type?"

"Nah," Jin Sooin said immediately, putting a handful of popcorn in her mouth while her eyes were glued to the TV. "Noh Yuno has a good head on his shoulders, and Gayoon will kill Song Jia the moment she lies about her past relationship with him. And that kind of plan is so tacky that it doesn’t suit you."

"If you know that much, then why are you still asking?"

"Because I don’t get your plan this time?"

"Noh Yuno and Ki Gayoon will immediately fix the "misunderstanding" before it even happens, and they’ll probably do it in front of Jin Sooin and Lee Sarang. And you know what the Ice Queen hates the most, right?"
