Chapter 62: Chapter 62: New Special Ability, The ’Eye of Order is Still Better!
It was like he was watching a black and white movie. The pace power made it look
like different dimensions intertwined, and with the Time power he could not only
fast forward but he could also slow down the Mages that were too fast for him.
When he tried, he could even see the space between the beams of buildings and
the engines of vehicles. In fact if the wall wasn’t too thick he could also see
through it.
Paul was amazed.
Seeing this Peter couldn’t help but feel smug. "You see! How do you like that?"
"This special ability was specially discovered by me. Am I a genius or what?"
Paul nodded dumbly, the world before him was completely different from what he
could see normally or with the ordinary enhanced vision.
Drake who had heard the directions Peter had given also tried it and he was also
pleasantly surprised by this new world view.
The more he observed with it the more appreciation he felt for this Peter’s selfmade
special ability. Even his ’Eye of Order’ hadn’t been able to do this.
’My ’Eye of Order’ is still better though.’ Drake thought switching back to the ’Eye
of Order’.
When he did so though he was pleasantly surprised. The dots, lines and planes of
the dimensions showed when he thought about them. Though the world still
remained colored.
Drake couldn’t help but praise the power of the ’Eye of Order’. This special ability
would always show details about anything he laid eyes on..in the past he had
never tried looking at the details of the dimensions of the world. But now that he
knew that there was such a thing, the details shown by the ’Eye of Order also
highlighted them.
’Which other ability could display so many details? Which other special ability
would label all the details for you like this?’
"I’ll tell you the answer. None!" Drake smirked proudly, "Only the ’Eye of Order’
does such."
He looked at all his information through the ’Eye of Order’.

Drake was very satisfied. After that long encounter with the Wind wolves last
night, his Battle Power had risen from 2100 to 2200, and today only it had risen
to 2205. that was a whole rise of 105 Battle Power.
’It looks like fighting powerful opponents really is the best way to raise my Battle
Power quickly.’ he thought.
"What’s that?"
At this moment, there was suddenly an exclamation that drew his attention.
Paul’s eyes suddenly locked onto a silhouette that stood behind a wall of a
building across them.
"Yeah, that’s a person. This person looks very familiar."

Drake also turned his Eye of Order to this person and his face instantly changed.
"Sylvia!"
The three of them all cried out simultaneously.

"What’s going on? Why is she here?" Peter’s face changed.
Paul’s face also darkened, "She can’t fight so the last place she should be should
be this deep into the city."
"Why isn’t she running away? She can clearly see the fight with the Grade 3
magic beast taking place across the street from her. Don’t tell me she’s having a
panic attack."
Drake said, "It’s not that she doesn’t want to run away, it’s just that she’s been
locked onto by the Golden Crown Tyrant Black Hawk’s aura, so she can’t run she
might not even be able to move."
He could see that she had been locked down by a strange pressure being exerted
by the Golden Crown Tyrant Black Hawk’s aura.
The three of them finally understood why they had felt that ominous premonition
all this time, it was because of Sylvia.
The twins were anxious when they found out that the Golden Crown Tyrant Black
Hawk had set its sights on their cousin. Drake was also worried so without
wasting time they came up with a plan.
"You two get to Sylvia, I’ll go see if I can help draw the Golden Crown Tyrant Black
Hawk’s attention away from her. We can’t afford getting into a fight with this Peak
level Grade 3 magic beast." he said to the twins and ran out towards the center of
the fight. "Get her away from here as fast as possible."
The twins nodded and vanished. They were quickly teleporting to where Sylvia
was.

BOOM! BOOM! BOOM! BOOM!
After fighting for so long Cassandra had the Golden Crown Tyrant Black Hawk
where she wanted it, and released a stream of attacks pelting it with punches
from all directions.
BOOM! BANG! BOOM! BANG!
Drake was thoroughly shocked by this Vampire princess’s ferocity. She never
stopped moving, never took any breaks and never stopped attacking. Her
explosive power was mind boggling.
The battlefield was a clear space surrounded by several extremely tall story
buildings, and the Golden Crown Tyrant Black Hawk was in the center of these
buildings.
She had it right where she wanted it.
Cassandra was like a red ball, she was practicably bouncing off the walls of the frёewebηovel.cѳm
walls of the surrounding buildings and punching the Golden Crown Tyrant Black
Hawk. It was like watching pinball.
Her twin daggers had shattered and she now had to resort to using her most
primitive weapons (Her fists) to beat the magic beast. She had finally managed to
injure the Golden Crown Tyrant Black Hawk, but she didn’t want to let it off just
yet.
Every punch she threw resulted in her fists getting injured but her powerful
Vampire selfhealing
ability would always restore them and kept her going.
She used the rebound force of every landed punch to sen herself back to a
building’s wall where she would push off that foot hold and launch herself back
at the beast to land the next full power punch.
Every collision caused strong whirlwinds and shock waves that made it look like
space was rippling.
The problem was that such a high frequency offensive couldn’t be made for too
long, it was very straining on Cassandra both physically and mentally. She
couldn’t last forever.
Using ’Vampire Form’ raised her attack power greatly but it also burned out her
reserves fast. If this continued she would soon exhaust all her magic power and
when that happened she would probably be killed by the Golden Crown Tyrant
Black Hawk.
’If only I had some blood and this wasn’t day time, I could definitely kill this
damned bird!’
She tried sensing Sylvia’s current condition. She knew the Golden Crown Tyrant
Black Hawk’s aura had locked onto Sylvia, so there was no way she could get
away.
But just as she was sensing for Sylvia’s magic power, she sensed two other
sources of magic power rapidly closing in on Sylvia’s location.
Out of the corner of her eye she caught sight of two figures that were running
towards Sylvia’s position. On second they would be running and the second they
would teleport crossing 10 meters in an instant. Of course it was the twins.
"Teleportation! Those should be her cousins. Finally some reinforcements
arrived." Cassandra’s eyes lit up.
While she had been exploring with Sylvia they had talked a lot. And naturally
Sylvia had mentioned her cousins, the twins with space power affinity. So
Cassandra recognized them.
"Great! If they can help her get away from here I will also be able to retreat. With
my power this bird can for get about killing me no matter how fast it is."
Cassandra quickly made plans for how to proceed from here now that she had
reinforcements.
However just as she was about turning her attention back to focus on the Golden
Crown Tyrant Black Hawk, she caught sight of a third silhouette and her eyes
widened she recognized him.
’Drake?! When did he get her and why can’t I sense him.’Cassandra was very
confident in her senses as a Vampire but she was completely unable to detect
Drake’s presence.
Such a situation had never happened before which baffled her. In fact if she
wasn’t seeing him herself she would never believe he was there.
What she did not know was that right now Drake had his Space, Time and
Barrier armor active. These three magic energies were extremely hard to detect.
Especially when they were being cloaked by the power of a Barrier.
Right now his Barrier armor had not only completely sealed away his magic
energy fluctuations, but even his vitality and life signals had been completely
isolated from the outside world.
Nobody and no beast could detect his presence right now, and unless you actually
saw him with your own eyes, it would be impossible to detect him.
This was a perfect ability for spying, reconnaissance, sneak attacks,
assassinations and escape.
Actually Cassandra had only found him because he had come out in the open
himself.
Drake’s sudden appearance had caught her off guard, distracting the Vampire
princess for a split second. Unfortunately for her, in such a high octane battle
such as this, a split seconds distraction could be a fatal mistake. It was all it took
for the tides to turn out of your favor.
The Golden Crown Tyrant Black Hawk had taken it’s chance in that split seconds
reprieve to shake her off and launch its own assault.
BANG!
With a mighty brandish of its wings, the Golden Crown Tyrant Black Hawk sent
Cassandra flying. She was unsteady and unable to quickly balance herself in mid
air and her back smashed into the hard walls of a building.
Puff!
Her inner organs were badly shaken and a mouthful of blood sprayed from her
lips.
Cassandra’s selfhealing
ability was doing its best to repair the damage to her
internal organs. But after being in such a high intensity battle for so long, she
had already used up a lot of magic power.
Without being able to replenish her reserves her flame had all but burned out
and so her selfhealing
ability had slowed down drastically.
SCREEE!!!
The Golden Crown Tyrant Black Hawk that finally had its chance to take its
revenge for being used as a punching bag naturally did not wait for her to recover.
With a loud cry a tremendous amount of terrifying wind power gathered at its
beak, a massive wind sphere formed and shot out at Cassandra. It made a
whistling sound of tearing wind as it closed the distance.
Cassandra hand been trying to regain her footing one moment but the next
second the massive bomb formed from concentrated wind energy arrived in front
of her. Without giving her any time to react the wind bomb detonated.
BOOM!
Drake saw the scary explosive power of the wind bomb detonating and terror
gripped his heart, he hastily mobilized his magic power to defend.
Space Power – Space Domain!
Time Power – Time Domain!
Barrier Power – Energy Armor!
Gravity Power – Energy Armor!
Earth Power – Energy Armor!
Five Layer Defense!
A transparent barrier covered him like an extra layer of skin, while an Earthen
yellow Earth armor that radiated a Golden Gravity power formed over Drake.
This was the ’Triple Layer Defensive armor’. He could have also activated the
Space power, but it wasn’t the best for this kind of situation so he refrained from
doing so.
If anything were to attack him, it would fall into the Space and time domains
which means some of the power would be lost due to taking longer to cross the
increased distance as a result of the Space and Time Domains.
Then the attack would need to get past the repelling force of Gravity, then destroy
the powerful defense of the Earth armor and then break through the Barrier layer
of defense to harm him.
This was his greatest defense!
Drake braced himself as the impact hit.
Cassandra had been at the center of the powerful explosion and she shot out into
the air the building she had been on had been destroyed and she crashed on top
of another slightly shorter one.
Her Blood Crystal armor had completely shattered and she was heavily injured.
She coughed up a few mouthfuls of blood and blood leaked from her Orifices.
