Lukas, seeing the mission, was shocked and smiled, then locking his car while taking cash and a pay stub in his pocket, he walked forward slowly.

On his way, he silenced his phone and looked at the time, it was 9.25 am in the morning. He smiled and then saw the last person on the street entering the church.

He followed them, and as soon as he walked, there was a woman who walked up to the stage and sat on the piano. From her back, Lukas could tell she was young, unlike most people here who are old.

Lukas found a seat nearby and sat down, beside him was a family who looked like they were local from here and was quarreling in a hushed tone.

" Ah! Today Keem is playing the piano."

"Yes, she is such a gentle soul. May God bless her more and more."

As Lukas was waiting for the music to start, he heard people talking about the pianist, who was quietly seated in her white dress, which covered her whole body, it was full sleeve.

Lukas smiled and quietly enjoyed her music, then church followed their usual rituals. Lukas was just being quiet, then he saw the white-dressed lady, she was very pretty, not as much as Annie but still pretty.

She looked exotic and had olive-colored skin and long, dark brown hair.

Although she was covering her whole body with a dress, Lukas could still tell she had the body of a devil.

Lukas shook his head as he was in a church, and as it was time for donation, the donation plate was in front of him. He stood up and pulled out his stack of cash, which he took earlier from the car, and donated it.

The holder of the plate was that girl called ’Keem,’ who also played piano a little while ago. Seeing so much cash, she frowned but went to the next person to take the donation.

Lukas had to constantly remind himself that this is church and he can’t have bad thoughts here to keep him calm in front of her.

Lukas knew why they were behaving like this: because he donated a huge sum of money to the church, he didn’t look rich and wore pretty normal or old clothes.

Lukas sighed, then pulled out his trump card, the million-dollar pay stub he got from the system.

The old lady took it and looked at it with her keen eyes, then passed it on to the whiter-dressed Keem.

Keem also looked at the pay stub and was not sure this was official, so she just shook her head.

" I am really sorry. Although you were generous enough to donate such a big amount, we can’t accept your money right away." Elderly women said she didn’t hand back the pay stub to Lukas.

" I understand your confusion, you can give me back my cash, and I can just give you the same amount in a check," Lukas said gently, he was very respectful and understood their situation.

"We...we called the cops, they will be here any moment, so just wait," Keem said. She was nervous around Lukas, but she still talked and showed her courage.

Lukas, hearing police were coming, felt weird and confused, he looked at them as if saying, ’Are you serious?’

Then he sat back down, he was not guilty, and the last thing he needed to worry about was being verified for paying taxes.

After a while, cops came in, and they took the pay stub and asked a few questions to Lukas, who replied with silence because it was his right.

" Yes, what!! Alright, let me confirm with you. The number on the pay stub in my hand is 369787441, Cop 1 said while reading Lukas’s pay stub.

"Yes, this is a payment from our Company General Electronics, it was a 1.8 Million $ cash transaction, for a Freelance Contractor called Lukas Martin " The employee said clearly.

After the conversation cop ended the call and came near Lukas, then told him to show his driving license to verify.

Lukas looked at Keem, then shook his head with a disappointed expression and pulled out his learner’s card.

" Sorry young man, people like you are very rare these days. Ma’am, this young man here is very hardworking, and he donated this money even after paying $800,000 in taxes, so he is just being generous, there’s nothing more to it." Cop 2 said, then he returned the pay stub to Lukas and nodded his head left.

" I am so sorry, dear. We misunderstood you." Elderly women said instantly she was shocked that someone this pious existed.

" I am sorry." Keem was shocked beyond belief, a boy of her age was so pious? Most are atheists nowadays.

" It’s alright, just pray for my mother, she had a terrible accident, and yeah, just pray for her. Sigh!" Lukas, saying this, walked out of the church, his back looked lonely.
