"Yes. This tunnel is filled with many traps." He said, "But don’t worry. I will take care of it later, so that we can mine the Mana Crystal without any trouble."

Ren carried her in a princess style and used the Divine Steps skill to walk through the tunnel.

Happiness trembled inside of her when countless glowing crystals came into view because those crystals were money in her eyes.

’My city will be rich and my people will be prosperous.’

Right after he put her down, she approached the Mana Crystals.

Captain Alice and General Viviana approached her when they noticed her.

"Did you clear out the traps?" Lieutenant Lewis approached him when he saw him walking out of the cave.

"Yes. It’s safe now." Ren responded,

"I forgot to take this off." Just as Ren was about to remove his mask, one of his clones suddenly flew toward him, instantly drawing everyone’s attention.

Right after he landed on the ground, his clone spoke, "Fifty soldiers of Nafield City are approaching."

"How strong are they?" Ren inquired.

Drawn by the unfolding conversation, General Viviana and the other soldiers gathered around to listen.

"I see." Cory finally knew why their city lord only sent fifty people to the mine.

Fifty minutes later, they finally reached their destination.

"People of Nightshire City?" the soldiers of Nafield City were startled when they saw Captain Alice and the others.

"Why are you guarding the cave? Where are Captain Elias and the others?" Lieutenant Charles inquired.

Instead of answering, Lieutenant Lewis asked, "Why? Do you want to meet them?"

"Just tell us, you damn Nightshire scum!" one of the soldiers roared angrily.

Ren stepped forward and spoke, "I’ve sent them to underworld. If you want to meet them so badly, I don’t mind sending you to the underworld too."

"You killed them?!" Lieutenant Charles was shaking with anger.

"Lieutenant, let’s just kill them!" Cory wanted to avenge their captain, so he suggested they attack Ren and his group.

"That’s right, Lieutenant. They must pay for what they’ve done!"

"Blood for blood! They have killed our captain, so we must kill them!"

"I agree! We can’t let them get away with this!"

One by one, the soldiers of Nafield City erupted in anger, their shouts rising like a battle cry, demanding vengeance.

"Come here. I will send you to meet your captain in the underworld." Ren said calmly as if he was only facing fifty children, not awakeners.

"You killed our captain, so you must die!" Lieutenant Charles said with a cold voice. "Kill them! Show them the consequences of killing the soldiers of Nafield City!"
