"Cousin!!" Alix exclaimed.

The word fell out of her mouth in a squeal as surprise almost knocked her backwards. She looked at Majesty but the cat did not seem to be surprised, it was licking its claws, so unbothered.

Alix frowned and banged her fists on the shield. "Hey, i am not ugly." she shouted.

Her shouting was ignored by both Suri and Mafan.

"So, are you here to arrest me or kill me?" Suri laughed even more, mocking Mafan with every sound and glance. "Aelunex, my brother that i was raised with, judge of the sixth system creation world. I come from the tenth world, our affairs are none of your business, all ten worlds are ruled independently, you have no right to touch me."

Suri had become hysterical and Alix had become confused. Were they talking about the ten worlds in the game or some other worlds?

"Err, Mafan, a little explanation please." She squeaked out.

Suri scoffed and glanced in Alix’s direction. "Mafan!!" she sneered. "You did not even tell her your true identity Aelunex, why? Are you afraid that she will reject you as everyone does?"

She cackled and pointed at Mafan, "Hey Alix, what has he told you about himself? Did he tell you that he is not an actual system and he is a pompous arrogant elf on a mission to rid every universe of unworthy systems and their hosts? Did he convince you that eating those systems was for your protection and safety? I had a feeling that he had appeared as soon as system hosts started turning up empty, stripped of what they had been given righteously."

Alix looked at the back of Mafan’s head, wondering why he was not defending himself. It was true that he had given her both of those reasons when the system eating ability was activated.

"Do not believe those lies, he devours systems and keeps their abilities for himself, picking and choosing what he needs before re-writing them and sending them back to the distribution channel.

Of course it is illegal to just wantonly eat other systems so he takes advantage of his job to do so. He is Aelunex the great, son of the sixth lord and judge of systems and their hosts.

If he sees an ability he wants, he stalks the system and the host, the moment they do something that breaks the system governing laws, he swoops in like a vulture and devours the system, taking away the ability he wants.

As long as he keeps it up, he will be the strongest elf and greatest system creator in the universe, even stronger than his father."

Mafan did not respond, he just stood there and watched Suri rant.

"We are both sons of lords, the creators of systems and we have different roles to play. There are ten system creation worlds out there, he is from the sixth and me from the tenth. Aelunex here is a loner, nobody wants anything to do with a devourer, he is a disease, a demon. Alix, you should disconnect...."

"Stop!" Alix told her.

Suri was surprised but she stopped talking as Alix had requested.

"You talk a lot and you keep going round and round in circles. I was interested in knowing your history and i have figured out most things. One thing i want to clarify is that Mafan__, err Aelunex is not unwanted, i like him and so does my family."

She raised up two fingers of her right hand, "Two, in all the time that we have been together, we have not taken a system from a system host that had not committed a crime. Mafan did not even take their most of their abilities, he just found newer system hosts for those systems, worthy hosts.

Three, you have said it yourself that he stalks the systems and their hosts waiting for them to commit a crime and there is no denying that you are a criminal, you have murdered, stolen, looted and done all sorts of evil through influencing others. If anyone here is a demon or disease, it’s you.

Besides, my cat doesn’t like evil people and the way it’s glaring at you tells me enough. Even if Mafan is not an angel, i would not pick your side."

She sneered at Suri and huffed.

"You fruiting con artist, you have been parading around as a teenager and doing evil while hiding behind an innocent face. You even personally killed professor J." Alix shook her head. "How much did he dote on you? He was like a father and brother to you, always buying you things and pampering you." Alix glared at Suri.

She had seen professor J’s body, his bear paws had been cut off and his neck sliced, his body was riddled with knife holes.

"I wanted to be the one to kill you but it looks like i will not get the chance."

Mafan smiled softly at all Alix had said in defense of him, he gloated and smirked at Suri.

"It looks like i found myself a smart host this time round Ceraxes, it’s so funny that she was not even my intended host but i guess this what the humans call fate. I will share with her your crime right now."

He turned around and looked at Alix. "Ceraxes here committed the greatest crime any being on the ten creation worlds has ever committed. Systems were not meant to have a conscience, to think and grow beyond their assigned capabilities, gaining the mentality to control their hosts and other worlds.

Sadly, there is always an idiot in the bunch that does not follow rules and Ceraxes here is that idiot. He tampered with a code and deliberately created systems that could think, they could resist orders from creators and lead hosts astray. This resulted in disasters on many worlds, like wars, rebellions, murders and other crimes.

These systems came together under his leadership to rebel and overthrow the creators. They were defeated and all ten lords voted for those systems to become extinct and erased.

Ceraxes took some of them and escaped before the punishment could be enacted. They flowed into other worlds like yours and continued on their path of destruction. For six hundred years he has jumped from one world to another and one body to another, evading me.

I have not been hunting him because i want his system, it’s because the ten lords sent me to take him back home to face justice for the crime of treason."

"I won’t go back." Suri or Ceraxes yelled.

Her shape started to change and she turned into a male elf like Mafan, just not as good looking. Alix thought she had seen every surprise regarding to these two but Suri being a male elf all along made her jaw drop.

"Fruit!" she exclaimed.

Mafan scoffed and a large hammer with thorns appeared in his hands. "I guess we will be doing this the hard way cousin, i was really hoping you would resist."
