The President's Pregnant, Ex-Wife-Chapter 463 - Honeymoon Surprises
Chapter 463: Chapter 463 - Honeymoon Surprises
"My King, I love this," Sabrina exclaimed excitedly, her eyes glimmering as she stared at the well-lit buildings along the coast through the car window.
The journey to the hotel was a short one, but because the driver had forgotten to install two child seats like Robin instructed when making arrangements, they were forced to hold the twins through the ride.
The driver drove at a ridiculously slow pace because of this problem, which indirectly gave the younger and elderly women enough time to admire the scenery along the coast.
Sabrina snuggled Robert to her chest as Robin carried Savannah in his arms. The little girl was awake and seemed captured by the lights. Her eyes were wide like saucers.
"What is the name of this place?" Grandma asked, intrigued by the environment. It looked like a place she had seen in a magazine sometime back, and she had to admit that she was very happy to have come on this trip.
Being close to the sea had a different vibe to it. "This is the Amalfi Coast, in Italy. I wanted to bring Sabrina before, but after Paris, I decided for us to make it a honeymoon destination."
"I’m glad you didn’t come without me," Grandma said, ready to have a little adventure. Thanks to her grandchildren, she has become vibrant and better looking than before.
It was magical how these little creatures brought her life. Even her health improved tremendously, and she had not for once thought about or suggested going back to the old villa as was previously arranged.
"This is so beautiful," Sabrina said again, not taking her eyes off the well-lit houses along the coast. Everything was so close to nature, and it brought a different feeling.
To Sabrina, it was hard to picture a more classically romantic scene than Positano’s steep village streets, Moorish architecture, azure water, and colorful loungers and umbrellas lining the sandy beaches.
"Just wait until we get to the hotel," Robin said with a smile. He had so much planned for her, the thought of it all making him grin internally. Sabrina smiled back when Savannah began bawling for no reason.
"Hey, don’t you like it here? Or are you hungry so soon?" Robin tried coaxing his daughter, but strangely, it wasn’t working this time.
The father and daughter shared a special bond, but something seemed to be bothering Savannah this time. Whether it was the environment, no one could tell.
"Let me take care of her," Grandma proposed, stretching her arm to take the little girl from her father, but Robin was reluctant.
He had come here solely to make it up to his wife for their inability to go on their honeymoon right after the wedding.
Their first marriage was also without a honeymoon, so he had a lot to make up for at the moment.
Planning on a long night, Robin wanted to spend the remaining time with his little princess before they got to their hotel rooms and refused.
"We shall soon be at the hotel and then they will both be yours," he turned to his daughter and coaxed once more, rocking the little girl gently in his arms.
"It’s just me and you until we arrive at the hotel. You better stop crying, enjoy the view together with daddy’s warmth."
The little girl stared at him with her teary gaze as if she understood what her father said. Soon, she stopped bawling and fell asleep on her father’s chest. Both grandma and Sabrina were impressed.
Robin sure had a hang on his kids. His time spent away from the office to be with them was not in vain after all. The driver pulled over at the hotel car park.
"I’m glad we arrived in the evening," Sabrina said when the valet opened the door for her. She summarized the Le Sirenuse five-star hotel with one word, ’Glamour."
Robin was excited to see Sabrina so happy, which was part of fulfilling his mission to give her all the happiness in the world.
He began to think about all the places he had booked for a tour for them and discerned that she was going to love everything and perhaps ask for more.
Sabrina rarely asked for anything, which made it difficult for Robin as he constantly had to think about ways to maintain that smile on her face.
It would have been easier if Sabrina consistently made demands for the things she wanted from him.
"There are a lot of places you will like."
"Hahahaha, I can’t wait and I trust you because of what happened in Paris," Sabrina giggled like a little girl, and Robin’s smile bloomed.
If she still hadn’t forgotten about Paris, then it meant that he did his job well.
"For now, the twins and I will have a good rest. Are we all touring tomorrow?" Grandma asked, hoping that she wasn’t going to be excluded.
Before agreeing to come on the trip, she had informed Robin that she would only stay at the hotel with the twins, as she didn’t like going out much. But upon reaching here, she regretted making that request.
"Won’t it be boring to just stay at the hotel? I only need my wife away from the kids at night, so we should all be together during the day, don’t you think?"
"Now that is why you are one of my grandsons. I would have hated you if you had taken my reservations before the trip seriously," the elderly woman chuckled.
Robin could only shake his head but did not utter another word.
Sabrina thought about something and said to Robin when they reached the entrance of their honeymoon suite, freewēbnoveℓ.com
"Robert isn’t sleeping so let me empty my breast before I join you."
"Okay. I will be waiting for you," Robin winked before he leaned in and whispered in her ear, "why don’t you shower first? Perhaps Savannah would wake up and want to eat too."
Sabrina was heated up, feeling like Robin was up to something and agreed. She showered and changed before going to Grandma’s room, amazed by Robin’s thoughtfulness.
"Grandma, this room is so huge and pretty," Sabrina said in awe. Grandma chuckled. She had the same reaction when she entered earlier.
"Well, we are three and everyone should be respected, irrespective of size," she said, referring to the twins. Sabrina giggled and as expected, while breastfeeding Robert, Savannah woke up and had her share.
Sabrina returned to her room after helping grandma put the twins to sleep, but she was stunned at the doorway as everything had transformed from white to red when she turned on the light.
There was a gift box in front of her and she picked it up, but her eyes searched for Robin as she opened the box, freezing with excitement at what was in there.
