The meeting ended with a good result. They were able to review and select top geniuses. Those who were left behind were not truly left behind.

These officials came from different zones, even though they are part of the Human Alliance now. Before coming here, they were part of different Beast Taming Forces.

More than 100 names were recommended, but only the final 20 were selected. The rest of the geniuses could still become pillars of other Beast Taming Forces.

It's like the second-best thing is going to happen for them, though they failed to enter the genius list. If their future achievements are good enough, then they can become part of the Human Alliance.

Among the beast taming forces, there are powerful factions from the top 10 zones, including the Beast Taming Association, Beast Arena, Beast Taming Families, Mercenary Organizations, Private Corporations, Dark Underground Organizations, and other forces.

The top cream talents have entered the genius list. The officials representing each of the forces started to send back the news.

If the forces in different zones receive the list, then they can recruit the geniuses to their forces. Some of the geniuses are not part of the top 5 zones.

If the beast taming geniuses receive offers from the forces in the top 5 zones, then they would join without hesitation.

An hour later, several forces in the top 10 zones got the list. Their higher-ups quickly convened a meeting to recruit the second-best talent.

The list includes the names of a few S-Graders who were left out of the genius list. There are also many A-Graders and a few exceptions such as B-Graders.

As the meeting convened in several zones, all the remaining S-Graders were selected by the powerful forces in the top 5 zones.

While the meeting was ongoing, they immediately sent their staff to contact the S-Graders to make contracts.

Then they turned their attention to the A-Graders. Though the A-Graders are not as powerful as the S-Graders, they are more numerous.

The forces from the top 5 zones immediately selected the best offensive and defensive A-Grade talents. Some exceptional support-type talents caught their eyes as well.

It didn't take long for them to notice the record of Jeremy Night. Seeing that someone with Physique-type A-Grade talent was able to cross-kill across 3 levels surprised them.

But the absence of the Lifeline beast shocked them. Many of the forces ignored the profile with incomplete information.

While others found the other A-Graders impressive, they didn't bother to look at this profile. In the end, all the top 5 zones ignored this profile.

Fortunately, in the other zones from the 6th to the 10th zone, they had chances. They knew it was difficult to compete against the top 5 zones in terms of resources.

If they truly want to get the best A-Grade talent on their side, then they have to upgrade their contract grade and pay.

But this won't benefit them. Only some of the forces in the 6th to 10th zones are willing to go out and compete with the top 5 zones.

Still, they were reluctant to accept someone with Physique-type talent. They still had other options to choose from.

So Jeremy Night's name was at the bottom of the list. But then one of the beast taming forces in the 10th zone thought of recruiting Jeremy Night and included his profile in their discarded list.

The organization's name is "Shadow Moon." It's one of the Mercenary Organizations in the 10th zone, but their reputation is low.

They are neither an emerging force nor an old legacy one. They are medium-level forces with fewer members. Since they can't compete with the huge forces in their zone, they have decided to settle for the next best option.

Which is to select the discarded profiles. Once they select discarded profiles, they can offer contracts on their terms.

Since the discarded beast tamers won't have other choices, they have to choose them if they want to leave their zone to enter the top 10 zones.

The residence permit is not easy to get. Only if someone joins a big force can they enter the top 10 zones.

Inside the massive pointed arch medieval-style building, a meeting is taking place.

The higher-ups of the Shadow Moon Mercenary Organization are discussing the discarded profiles and whether to proceed with contracts or not.

Because they can't recruit all the discarded profiles, with their resources, they can only select a few among them.

Right now, an old man with white hair and dressed in a tuxedo is sitting in the main chair. He is the founder of the organization, Neil Moon, a Tier-8 Beast Tamer.

The other 20 people in this meeting room are Tier-7 Beast Tamers. There are 10 leaders representing each team in the Shadow Moon Mercenary Organization; others are staff.

Looking at more than 20 discarded profiles, Old Man Neil furrows his eyebrows. He was a bit disappointed in his heart. He wants to recruit top talent as well.

But unfortunately, for a medium-sized organization like theirs, no top talent is willing to join. Those who are sending applications are B-Grade talents.

That's why they are in this situation of selecting a few people from the discarded A-Grader profiles. Only if some strong talents join the organization can they grow to the next level.

A brown-haired middle-aged man who leads the second team said, "I want the kid with the knife talent named Miles. He can be taught. I think he could become an asset to our team."

"Okay," Old Man Neil said.

Then everyone started to discuss their selections. Those team leaders who selected the same profile began to negotiate.

The team leaders are careful in their selections. They want someone who can join their team and help achieve their goals.

As usual, the profile of Jeremy Night was left out. Since there are 20 profiles, the 10 team leaders have multiple choices.

Suddenly, the 10th team leader, a middle-aged woman dressed in a black combat uniform, selected Jeremy Night's profile.

Her action was noticed by others, and they were taken aback.

"Gisela, what are you doing?" one of the staff asked.

Everyone's gaze fell on her.

Gisela is a middle-aged woman with long silky black hair and eyes. Her skin tone is fair. No one would take her kind appearance for granted.

Her true strength can rival all the faction leaders here.

She replied, "I'm going to take another look at this profile."

"We can see that, but this profile is incomplete. We only have supporting evidence to show his talent. We are not sure about the other information," the staff replied.

"I will verify it myself," she uttered before going through the profile again.

Sigh!

The next second, the faction leaders and staff sighed and shook their heads. They were used to her attitude. Since she is going to make the decision, they are not going to interfere.

Old Man Neil's eyes flickered. Earlier, he had seen the profile of the kid named Jeremy Night as well. He could tell that the evidence was real.

"This kid can fight across 3 levels, which even kids in the 10th zone could not accomplish these days," he thought.

He thinks that compared to other A-Graders, the combat strength of Jeremy Night surpassed them. It's just that his Physique-type talent disappointed him.

But he could tell that the kid used a lifeline beast ability to kill the Tier-4 Beast. If the lifeline beast had been recorded, then he could provide a better assessment.

Then he saw one of the team leaders select his profile. Since Gisela showed interest in the kid's profile, he wanted to hear her opinion.

On the other hand, the 10th team leader Gisela is pondering. Unlike others, she values the kid named Jeremy Night's combat strength.

Currently, their city is facing threats and attacks from the corrupted beasts. They can take care of high-tier beasts.

But the corrupted beasts below Tier-5 have become daily problems. Not many Mercenary teams are interested in dealing with these threats.

Only the City Guards of their City are facing these current problems.
