Reborn ghost seeing lady is pampered by her ex husband-Chapter 612: Phobe marries David.
An hour later at the academy, an old tree caught fire, and it vanished into the wind. A new glowing tree grew out of the ground. It was still small with only two branches but already one fruit grew on one of its branches.
The flamingos were the first to see it and one flew straight to Rufus to inform him. He was in a meeting with the teachers discussing the miscommunication which had resulted in the sending of young inexperienced hunters to TK Entertainment. A miscommunication that Rufus was sure had been deliberate because the professor who sent them was told it was a case of shape shifters not demons.
Another of Azur's minions whose identity had not been revealed had been caught and then two more. They were fourth year students working in the communications department.
Rufus had been making arrangements for the vetting of students to begin when the flamingo frantically shared the news about the tree. He took one look at it and left the academy to seek Abraham, whose death was imminent.
The rumor about the new tree circulated quickly, humans and animals rushed to see it. All the guardians and hunters, especially those from the section of the spellweavers knew what this meant__a new leader had been chosen, and they jubilated. Finally, their magic would return. One by one they began to feel the light in their souls, and they smiled.
For some, Abraham Spellcaster had lived for far too long, and they were glad he was dead and not holding them back anymore.

Around 4:00pm that evening, Phoebe invited David over to her apartment. He thought that she wanted to make love before they went to the tower, but he was surprised when something else happened.
It looked like a date, white flowers on the table, strawberry scented candles, classic music playing from a stereo, champagne and milk! The milk made him chuckle but given that she could not drink alcohol in her condition, he understood why.
"A date at home...." he started as she was twirling around in circles and the words died in his throat when she he faced Phoebe. She was standing in front of him, holding a ring box in her hands.
"Marry me, David." She said with a smile.
At first, he could not understand what he was looking at or what was happening. Phoebe had strongly made it clear that she had no desire to marry ever again. What had prompted this change?
"You are taking too long to answer, is it a no." She asked slowly.
David grabbed her hands with supernatural speed. "I mean I am not saying no but babe I am the one supposed to ask you to marry me and not the other way round." David laughed between light nervous breaths, his cheeks turning red like ripe tomatoes.
He had a ring in his car that he had bought as soon as she said yes to being his girlfriend. If she was open to marriage again then he could book the best hotel and.....
"So, is that a no, or yes?" Phoebe asked softly cutting into his thoughts. Her face hardened into something unreadable, but her thoughts betrayed her.
[Hurry up and say yes before fear blossoms within my mind and I chicken out forever dooming our children to be the Saxon bastards.]
David sighed as he realized the reason as to why she had made up her mind, it was for their children. But he would take it too. It was a win, and she loved him at the end of the day. Happiness filled his heart, she would be his wife, he had no reason to say no.
David feigned a cough. "How can I say no? Of course, I want to marry you, and I am accepting the ring, but I have to make a proper proposal to you again." He said with solve.
On getting a positive answer, Phoebe touched his arm and transported him to the space. "Zephyra you can officiate our marriage." Phoebe told the overjoyed spirit.
Everything had been set by the ghosts already and they were there as witnesses. They had decorated the spot near the waterfall and even arranged a floral archway under which they would take their vows.
David did not think that this was how they were going to marry. If she was in a hurry, he could put together a wedding like Collin and Shanna's by tomorrow. "My God Pheebs, we cannot get married like this! Take a look around! We are the only humans here__what about our parents? Think about how heartbroken they will be." He brushed over his shirt, even though it was expensive, it did not come close to what he wanted to wear on his special day.
This was his only wedding that counted in both of their lives. He wanted to make it a memorable one for them both.
Phoebe freed her hair which cascades down her back. "Think about how happy they will be that we finally got married. We can always have another wedding after the supernatural war. As for relatives, all the ghosts are here, and Sylvester will walk me down the aisle." She spoke, urging him to go on.
"And official marriage registration." he said.
"You can take care of that with Saxon connections of Roxanne can hack into the government computers and register us." She answered proudly as she had already thought of everything. freёwebnoѵel.com
David had no reason to say no. Connie gave them outfits to change into and the handfasting ceremony took place amidst happy cheers and tears from the ghosts.
Diana made sure to get her moment as the flower girl, throwing flower petals from the beginning of the ceremony to the end.
"Hooray! Hooray!" Sylvester joined Diana, screaming as he poured roses over their heads.
They stood under the archway and Connie took a picture for them which would be framed and placed in their apartment and the Mayfair manor.
They had their first dance as husband and wife and then Connie and Diana pulled David into a game under the waterfall with the other ghosts, even the Saxon spirit. Phoebe was left behind because she was pregnant.
While she watched the ghosts play, dance and enjoy a cake which tasted exactly like the one at Shana and Collin's wedding Phoebe realized that she wanted their lives to always be like this, filled with laughter and joy.
The news about the dead young hunters scared her. She had not told anyone, but she had wondered if one day she would be one of those parents crying over her dead daughter. All those parents sending their children to the academy were probably the same way as her, hoping that their children would survive.
And there were those who would bury their children during the supernatural war. She did not want this disaster to happen.
Phoebe made another wish. "I wish that the supernatural war does not happen. I want us to destroy all the evil and win without an all-out war."
She waited for a while but heard nothing from the skies which made her think that the wish was not granted.
"Wow! your wish could actually be granted." Star said to her. "Still, we have to do our part by hunting those that want the war to happen."
After one and a half hours, they went back to the apartment, showered, changed into more presentable clothes and headed to the tower. Both of them had rings on their fingers, they had no plans to hide their marriage.
