Hearing Zenith’s scary howl, Stephan immediately opened the door, even though his legs started to tremble hard. It was probably the first time Zenith personally came and kicked on someone’s room door. Usually, if he needed to summon someone before, his Alpha boys would have executed the task for him, by forcibly dragging someone out of their room if necessary.

But now, watching the person who had defined terror in this Academy, his heart thumped too fast from apprehension as Stephan stuttered with a bow towards him, "M-Master Z-Zenith? W-What are y-you doing in m-my room?"

On the other hand, standing at his doorstep, Zenith’s composure didn’t seem as flashy as usual, he rather seemed disturbed. Wearing a white tank top with ripped blue denim, his exposed fair white triceps and upper chest muscles appeared undeniably sexy under the daylight.

But his silver hair which was usually styled as sleek with gel, now seemed like a mess, as if he hadn’t even combed them properly. His radiant handsome face looked gaunt, with an uneasy expression apparent on him. Even his pheromones were also emitting more strongly than usual.

However, without answering his question, Zenith barged inside almost pushing Stephan aside and rolling a quick scan all around the room. Within a few seconds, his restless face turned a little irked, making him glower at Stephan when he turned around to face him.

"You..." Zenith’s voice trailed off a little as if clenching his jaws hard, he tried to swallow the words that he was about to blurt out at him. He impatiently ran his fingers to push his hair above his forehead, before grunting at Stephan, "The nurse has been looking for you. Go to her office right now."

"H-Huh?" Baffled at his response, for a second Stephan couldn’t process that Zenith himself came to his room to let him know about it!

Since his enrollment here, Stephan had always watched Zenith getting the prince treatment since he was the only son of the wealthiest man in the country, Dolemort Agastya. But now watching that same person who had made his life extremely difficult until yesterday with his severe bullying came looking for him directly in his room, it was certainly unbelievable.

"M-Master if the nurse was looking for me...she should’ve called me directly. Why would she have to ask you to fetch me—"

"Then do you dare to say I am lying?"

But before Stephan could finish his words, Zenith’s scary grumble flinched him again, as he saw Zenith closely marching towards him. With a dark aura looming around his majestic figure, Zenith patted Stephan on the shoulder while his words chimed like a menacing threat.

"Stephan Todor, I think I have been too lenient on you, right? You were just shivering and crawling in fear before me yesterday, but today you have suddenly got the guts to ask me a question, eh? If I had known you would become so disobedient to your Master, I would have gauzed your eyeballs and ripped out of your tongue so that you would have turned into a mute instead."

A dreadful shiver crawled down his spine, but Stephan couldn’t bring himself to let out a word, even though a surge of anger was growing deep down in his chest. His mind unknowingly kept reminiscing Kylian’s words that because of their deep fear harbored inside, bullies like Zenith tend to get stronger against those who are inferior to them in comparison.

After a brief contemplation, feeling a sense of courage beaming inside him, Stephan scowled for the first time, "I have only asked you a question, Master. Y-You...didn’t have to resort to threatening me—"

"How brave!" But before letting him finish, suddenly Zenith dashed closer and grabbed Stephan by his chin, making him shudder from his approach. Tending to dig his nails deep into his skin, Zenith smirked diabolically with his dark orbs filled with rage.

"Your act of courage...is this also due to Kylian’s effect? Now that he stood up for you against me, did you think you have gotten close to him, huh? How audacious of you, Stephan Todor." Zenith’s voice sounded very intense, with a clear hint of an Alpha’s dangerous jealousy in his tone.

While he fixated his death glare into him, Zenith tossed his cold sneer, "Should I rip off your tongue as a punishment for talking back to me? The bruise marks on your face from yesterday’s beating haven’t disappeared completely, so I wanted to go easy on you today. But it seems, you must be quite hellbent on disobeying me, right?"

Hearing his dreadful warning, and just by locking into his fiery gaze, Stephan started shivering hard from fear, with goosebumps crawling all over his skin!

The way he was intending to dig his nails into his skin, Stephan realized if he didn’t act quickly, Zenith would be crazy enough to rip off his tongue, along with leaving far more gruesome injuries than yesterday which wouldn’t be healed from any potent drug!

Even a few months ago he had almost ripped off a young Alpha’s right arm from his elbow joint when he had dared to challenge Zenith in an open fight! Several scary rumors had spread about Zenith since then in the Academy but Zenith didn’t face any severe penalty, except a little scolding from the Principal. Sensing the emergency, Stephan barely released himself from his grasp and leaped a few steps apart from him.

"F-Forgive me, Master...I-I didn’t want to disrespect you." He shuddered while bowing before Zenith, giving him the exact answer he wanted. "I will go to the nurse’s office right now just as you have asked, Master. T-Thank you for letting me know, I really appreciate your gesture."

"You didn’t answer one of my question."

But before Stephan was about to turn around to get away from his sight as quickly as possible, Zenith’s sudden cold voice halted his motion as he curiously faced him back.

Meeting his gaze, Zenith stiffened his dark eyes on him while he inquired, "Did you get close to Kylian already when you two have just met yesterday?"
