A deafening blast swallowed Whitebeard.

But in the next instant, the dark lion's head reformed, now smaller, cradling the pirate within its jaws as it dashed away at high speed.

A sonic boom exploded beneath Garp's feet as he launched forward, his presence tearing through the air like a violent storm.

In a flash, he appeared in front of Whitebeard.

The pirate's eyes narrowed. Gathering Devil Fruit power into his right hand, he thrust it forward.

Crack!

The space before him shattered. A tremendous shockwave surged ahead, colliding with the incoming iron fist.

Feeling the resistance, Garp grinned.

"Crushing Fist!"

With a roar, his aura erupted wildly, surging around him like a hurricane.

Crack!

The air split apart like fractured glass and dissolved. Nothing remained between him and his target. He powered through the remnants of the quake and drove his fist toward the pirate's heart.

Whitebeard's eyes sharpened. At the last second, he twisted his body slightly to the right. Garp's deadly iron fist grazed his ribs.

Crack!

The sound of snapping bone rang clear. Though the blow had missed his heart, half of Whitebeard's left ribs were shattered.

Then, Garp's whole body slammed into him.

Just before the impact, Whitebeard used his Devil Fruit, detonating a shockwave in front of him. This time, the quake rippled in both directions. It briefly stalled Garp and hurled Whitebeard backward at blistering speed.

He shot toward the direction where Shiki was, rapidly closing the gap between them.

On the other side, after Shiki unleashed his attack and lunged at the two enemies, he barely had time to ascend again.

Kong had already caught up from behind. His twin fists blurred into afterimages, and the hardened Haki around them compressed into piercing shock bullets.

Boom! Boom! Boom!...

Each blow slammed into Shiki, pinning him to the ground.

Staggering back under the assault, he swung his swords in defense. Suddenly, the ground around him twisted and softened. Countless red glows lit up from beneath.

A sharp whistle tore through the air.

From deep underground, a barrage of magma spears erupted upward, each one infused with Armament Haki. They crossed air and surrounded Shiki, trapping him in the center.

The pirate stabbed both of his swords into the earth and spun, sweeping in a wide arc. Two huge lion heads made of lava followed his motion, swirling into form around him.

Infused with Haki, the twin lions shattered through the encroaching magma spears.

With the two lion heads circling him, Shiki soared skyward once more. Just as he ascended a few dozen meters, Kong appeared above him, plummeting downward with a crushing punch.

Shiki crossed his twin blades in front of him and raised them diagonally. The two lion heads converged from both sides, aiming to intercept the strike.

Boom! Boom!

Two thunderous impacts rang out as a cone-shaped shockwave burst through the lions and smashed into Shiki.

Clang!

The clash of metal echoed as Kong's fist met the crossed blades, forcing Shiki down like a meteor.

Boom!

The earth within a hundred meters radius cracked and collapsed under the impact. A wild shockwave erupted from the fractured ground and shot into the sky.

Inside the massive crater, Shiki lay on his back, arms crossed as he held his swords up to block Kong, who loomed over him.

The solidified black rocks around them began to shift and ripple, as if they were about to rise and merge together. Then, the black stone turned red and melted back into magma.

Shiki's pupils contracted sharply.

All of the floating rocks he had manipulated with the powers of the Float-Float Fruit turned into molten lava and exploded. Next, the lava pooled on the ground began forming into countless magma spears, which extended endlessly and shot toward Shiki.

Trapped and unable to dodge, the pirate clenched his jaw and cloaked himself in Armament Haki.

Several of the spears struck him directly, detonating in a series of violent blasts. The searing pain awakened Shiki's fury. His arms bulged with muscle as he roared and actually managed to lift Kong slightly off himself.

Just then, a powerful shockwave burst through everything on the ground, heading straight for the two figures in the crater.

Boom!

The explosion blasted outward, and the force of the shockwave separated them instantly. Shiki flew into the sky, with Kong chasing close behind.

The moment Whitebeard and Shiki regrouped in midair, both of them turned and swung their weapons behind them at once. Then Shiki placed one hand on Whitebeard's cloak and infused it with the power to float.

The two of them soared higher, stopping several hundred meters above the ground.

Shiki glanced sideways at a snowflake drifting past.

His eyes dropped to the battlefield below, where Kong and Garp had regrouped, standing side by side. Nearby, Sakazuki's body was slowly reforming from molten magma.

A cocky smirk crept onto Shiki's face as his arrogant voice rang out. "Looks like it's three on three now."

As soon the words left his lips, the scattered snowflakes began to multiply. Caught in a fierce wind, they spun into a wild storm. A figure took shape beside Shiki—human from the waist up, made of swirling snow from the waist down. A crazed expression covered his face as he stared down at the three men below.

Blizzard Frank had entered the battle.

In the distance, an enormous snow cloud rolled in, transforming the battlefield into a scene of extremes. On one side, magma poured endlessly from the earth. On the other, snow and ice steadily layered over the ocean, freezing everything in sight.

Hovering midair, Shiki extended his right hand. Snowflakes landed on his palm. He flipped it, letting them fall. As the flakes melted into the frozen sea surface below, his eyes narrowed. Then he raised his right hand sharply.

"Lion's Threat: Imperial Earth Bind!"

His domineering voice echoed through the sky. Several giant lion heads—each hundreds of meters tall and made entirely of snow—formed around the trio in the air. They roared in unison.

With Shiki's maniacal laughter ringing through the storm, the gigantic lion heads began spawning without end, charging down toward the three men on the ground.

On the battlefield below, Sakazuki let out a cold snort and brought his hands together with a sharp clap.

"Great Celestial Magma Demon!"

The magma-filled side of the battlefield began to tremble violently as rivers of molten lava surged toward him.

In the blink of an eye, they formed into a towering lava titan, standing eight hundred meters tall with eight massive arms. Its legs fused with the ground, and thick black smoke poured from the ends of its limbs.

Under Sakazuki's control, the eight arms locked onto their targets: the three airborne foes and the endless avalanche of snowy lion heads.

A deafening roar followed.

The ends of the eight arms erupted with explosive force, launching forward like rockets toward their marks.

The titan's legs remained planted, drawing magma endlessly from deep underground. Its arms regenerated without pause, firing over and over again.

Boom! Boom! Boom! Boom! Boom!
