Aur walked out of his room quickly.

Moonlight raised his brows, looking at him with a surprised expression.

"Your power has increased so much?"

"Of course, it has increased a lot." Aur nodded. "I gained unique insight, and my body path power has significantly grown."

"Even your Wizard directly went to Tier Four is impressive. This speed could already label you as a genius, brother." Moonlight smiled, though a hint of paranoia flickered.

Aur seeking revenge on a Tier Seven was a thought that unsettled him, but since they were from the same tribe and bound by blood, Moonlight pushed the worry aside.

Moreover, his own strength had grown stronger. If Aur could handle his revenge on his own, Moonlight had no complaints.

Aur's crimson pupils flashed as he looked at Moonlight. This guy was really confused; he could sense the faint hostility before, but now it had disappeared.

'The future I saw…'

Thinking of the future, Aur sighed and followed after Moonlight.

Soon, they greeted the Dragon Emperor, who gave them a simple task.

"Go and destroy a village."

"Eh?" Moonlight looked at the Dragon Emperor with a stunned expression.

"That village dared to hide my disciple's dragon bloodline; however it is backed by one of the strongest kingdoms. So, remember to keep your identities hidden," the Dragon Emperor stated casually. Before they could reply, the two found themselves stranded in an endless desert.

A ring appeared in front of them, and Moonlight caught it, frowning as he looked at it.

"What is it?"

"Check it out." Aur walked forward and soared high into the sky.

He could now fly, using the gaseous blood and Qi within his body. This power allowed him to defy the gravity that had once bound him to Earth.

Having reached mid-Tier Six, both his gaseous blood and Qi had grown much stronger. However, the most significant improvement was in his spirit, as it determined his overall strength.

As he looked out at nothing but sand and dust stretching in all directions, Aur's face scrunched in confusion.

"Why is there nothing here?"

Aur thought, a question mark on his face. His eyes could see far into the distance, spotting some green patches far away—the jungle!

But even with his keen sight, there was not a single living being in sight.

He extended his five senses, trying to discern anything. He refrained from using his mana, as it might complicate things even further.

As Aur landed back on the ground, Moonlight asked, "Did you find anything?"

"No." Aur shook his head.

"Maybe it's underground?" Moonlight looked down at the sand, deep in thought.

"Which region is this?" Aur asked. Though he was familiar with the outside world, he hadn't seen this place before. He wasn't some geographer, so how was he supposed to know?

"This should be the fourteenth region of the western hemisphere. The sand is brown, and there's no life to it. I've heard people here live inside the sands."

"Really?" Aur asked, incredulous.

"Yes, the resources here are pitiful and scarce. Not a single Seven-Strong Kingdom has a foundation here because of it. But according to the master, the village is backed by one."

Moonlight narrowed his eyes, then touched the ring to his forehead. After a long pause, he glanced at Aur with guilt.

*'He must not know about the poor guy.'*

The person who had tortured him, the Tier Seven Wizard, was actually a Dragonian himself!

Even Moonlight didn't know about this until now. The one Aur wanted to seek revenge on was one of his own kind, making it basically impossible for him to go through with it. However, this task was actually instructed by the Dragonian Emperor himself.

'What kind of scheming mind does the master have?' he thought nervously, cold sweat pouring from his forehead.

Moonlight was right. When the short man and the others fought the leader of the team that had attacked Aur, he had actually fainted from serious injuries and didn't realize that the short tier seven wizard was a Dragonian.

Whether Aur believed him or not didn't matter. He had never truly intended to take revenge in the first place.

The torture of being burned in lava and the horrifying, creepy feeling of bugs rolling around his skin might be terrifying for some, but for Aur, who had already endured such things, it didn't faze him much.

What was more enjoyable was playing with the vanity of the strong, so he played along with it.

Never strike when your enemy is prepared; strike when they are the weakest and take everything away from them in one go!

"How do we go underground, then?" Aur asked.

"If you use a normal spell, you'd be immediately detected. But luckily, the Dragon Emperor gave us a sub-spell of his Tier Seven spell."

"Hmm?" Aur frowned upon hearing this.

"A sub-spell is like a subordinate of a Tier Seven spell. A Tier Seven can divide itself into many parts, but its power is diminished."

"How do we use it?" Aur asked.

"That's quite easy, actually. All you need to do is activate the will of the owner in the spell."

While speaking, Moonlight casually pointed the ring at the ground.

The sands parted, revealing a deep ravine that extended further down.

"Won't everyone detect this?" Aur asked, curious.

Moonlight looked at Aur and spoke with a hint of disappointment.

"How could a Tier Seven spell be so simple? They're unique spells with versatile uses, not something we could even begin to understand." He then jumped into the hole.

Aur fell silent. Having used a Tier Six spell before, he knew how complex they could be. The quality gap to Tier Seven was beyond what he could imagine.

'Sigh, this mission won't be simple.'

He jumped into the hole after Moonlight.

Aur felt as though he was surrounded by endless darkness, his body in a state of free fall, and for a moment, he even had the illusion that he wasn't moving at all.

After what seemed like an eternity, a bright light appeared at the corner of his eyes.

Finally, he landed, revealing a lush forest with sunlight shining through the trees in front of him.

"Eh?"
