My Milf System-Chapter 174. Beginning of the Tournaments!!
Chapter 174: 174. Beginning of the Tournaments!!
(Asher’s POV)
Hand in hand with Anna, I stepped into the classroom—and it was buzzing. Louder. Busier. The energy was electric as students hustled about, prepping for the upcoming Tournaments. Everyone was hyped.
And then there was Lorraine. Sitting at her desk, arms folded, expression colder than ice. Even after that mixer, I still had zero intention of talking to her. But Anna—being Anna—had other plans.
She tugged me along until we were standing right in front of Lorraine’s desk. I stayed quiet, trying not to roll my eyes.
"Hey... Lorraine!!" Anna chirped, waving with her usual sunshine smile, extending a hand for a shake.
Lorraine didn’t even flinch. Just narrowed her eyes with that frosty glare and turned her face away. "Don’t talk to me like we’re friends."
Anna tilted her head. "Aren’t we?"
"Just go away. The both of you!" Lorraine snapped. But Anna, ever the ray of hope, refused to back down.
"I thought we were friends... and if we’re not, then why not?" she asked, sincerely.
Lorraine’s fists clenched, her body stiff. "You’re so annoying!!"
I sighed, rubbing my temple. "Anna, let’s just go. This girl’s got issues."
Anna turned to me, those wide, innocent jade eyes of hers piercing through me. "But... I want to be her friend."
Lorraine suddenly slammed her hands on the desk, standing. "I’ll never be friends with someone like you! And if you think this fake act will make me go easy on you in the Tournament, forget it! I’ll crush you!"
Anna just smiled. "I don’t care... I still want to be your friend."
Groaning, I gently pulled Anna away to our desks. Sometimes I think Anna’s too kind for her own good. She wanted to befriend the same girl who’d left her to die in the dungeon during our field trip. The same girl who accused her of summoning that Reaper monster and blamed her for all the lives of innocent children who died that day. Honestly, if it were up to me, I’d never forgive someone like that. But this was Anna. She forgave even those who didn’t deserve it.
As we sat down, she leaned against me, talking about random stuff—how many kids I’d want with her when we get married, the kind of house she dreams of, all that sweet fluff. I smiled through it. Then my friends walked in, greeting us—but one of them was missing.
"Where’s Four Eyes?" I asked, raising a brow.
"We’ve been looking for him too!" Derrick shrugged.
[Individual Adrian Has Entered the Dimensional Realm]
My system blinked a message across my vision.
Huh? What the hell was Adrian doing in my realm during school hours? I just shrugged it off.
Then in strutted Madam Sarah—heels clicking, mini skirt hugging her curves, net stockings clinging to her legs, and a white blouse that left little to the imagination. She walked over to the wall, stretching to pin up a paper—probably the match chart—every part of her moving with a rhythm that made it hard to look away. I... may have stared a little.
Once she was done, she turned, catching my gaze and smirked.
"Alright, everyone!" she announced, resting her hands on her hips, pushing her large melons forward . "The match table is up! Come check to see who you’re going up against. In 30 minutes, everyone should be at the arena. The Tournament begins!!"
With that, she sashayed out, leaving a room full of scrambling students behind. Everyone rushed to the wall—except Lorraine and me. Figures. She probably didn’t care who she faced. Her confidence was the kind that didn’t need a preview.
Then Derrick’s yell cracked the air. "Wait—what!? I’m up against Adrian!?"
"Haha! Now that’s a match I need to see!" Kira laughed, joining us. "Derrick vs. Four Eyes! Clash of degenerates!"
Derrick looked ready to explode. "Are you serious?! This isn’t a match—it’s a massacre! I’m a C-rank, an elite hunter! All Adrian does is summon a damn smoke cloud!"
Brian cackled. "At least he’ll use the smoke to hide when you beat the snot out of him!"
I just shook my head. "Don’t count him out yet... Adrian’s unpredictable."
"Or maybe," Derrick mocked, "he knew I’d be his opponent and skipped school to spare himself the humiliation."
I turned to Anna. "Who are you up against?"
She pointed across the room. I hadn’t noticed the girl before, but she had that look—smug, poised, dangerous. Great.
"Anna... are you sure about this? You’re a healer. Your skills aren’t meant for direct combat."
Her face dropped. "So you don’t believe in me?"
"What? No—of course I do. I’m just... worried. I don’t want to see you get hurt."
She lowered her gaze. "Do you remember what you said that time we played Truth or Dare in my room?"
"We talked about a lot..."
"I mean... when you described your type of girl. That’s why I’m—"
The classroom door opened, interrupting our conversation as two janitors brought in boxes of the fighting attires for us to pick what we saw fit, but most of them were traditional robe-like uniforms with sashes tied at the waist—elegant, battle-ready outfits that looked like something out of an old martial arts epic.
We stopped whatever we were doing and went to the locker rooms to change up. Once we were done, we followed the flow of students to the arena.
The stands were packed—parents, scouts, nobles, and curious onlookers all waiting to be impressed.
I spotted familiar faces lounging up in the VIP section. Seraphina—the Priestess herself—was sitting like royalty in a chair that looked more like a velvet-drenched throne than a seat. Then there was the Duke, stiff as ever, and Liloth Alvado beside him, looking like she owned half the damn arena. Across from them sat that dark elf girl who’s an S-rank and two other S-rank huntresses of Eldoria. Don’t ask me their names. I never cared enough to remember.
I shifted my gaze to the other side of the arena and spotted Mom and Ivy sitting together. I nudged Anna and pointed. We waved, they waved back—blew us kisses, even. Kinda cute.
The second years were in the stands too. Their turn was last year, so now they just sat there like washed-up legends, watching us take the spotlight. Even my sister Sharon was up there, eyes glued to the field.
All around me—students buzzing with nerves, parents beaming with pride, gorgeous MILFs with bodies that made you want to sin, and then the high-nosed brats like Brittany, who looked at us like we were charity cases. Mistakes of children, she once called us.
And with all those eyes on me?
Yeah.
I wasn’t holding back.
It was time this world saw just how superior I really am. frёewebηovel.cѳm
