I closed the drawer and returned to Anders’ side. As I checked his pulse, I was glad that his life was out of danger.

But, he lost a lot of blood. I will take him to the hospital later for a blood transfusion. If he regains his strength, he should be able to return to his human form.

I applied the healing balm all over his injuries, before I went and collected the bandages on the table myself.
