Chapter 652: Chapter 240: Su Qing, Can You Heal?_6
"Spirit Stream Water, Spiritual Pool, Spiritual Tea, Spirit Fruit."
More things kept popping up in her mind. Su Qing’s steps took her towards a nearby house as if on autopilot. Despite having no memories, it felt incredibly familiar to her; she knew what each room was for as soon as she pushed open its door.
Upon entering a room, there was a jade bed with a deep green hue at its center. Not far from it were several classical wardrobes and bookshelves, along with a Treasure Rack displaying many rare and valuable items. Casually opening a box, she found inside items of immeasurable worth: Emperor green jade, pearls and gems, as well as various branded clothes and bags. Her wedding dress and rings, neatly arranged as though someone had personally sorted them out, were also there.
Su Qing walked up to an intricately carved classical dressing table and sat down. She opened a Hundred Treasures Box to the left, which surprisingly contained several bank cards. There were plenty of skincare products on the dressing table. She picked up a box engraved with roses, intuiting what was inside—Ice Muscle Paste.
Setting aside the box, her gaze shifted to the right side of the cabinet where a silver needle bag lay quietly. Unfolding the bag, an array of silver needles of various sizes appeared before her. They were—the Heavenly Mysterious Ice Soul Needle.
Drawing out a silver needle and holding it before her eyes, Su Qing was certain she was indeed capable of healing. Could it be that she had been a practitioner of traditional Chinese medicine before?
This space was called Medicine Realm. Bits and pieces of memories related to medicine and healing floated to the surface of her mind. Now she was sure she must have been a doctor once, likely a skilled one, judging from the Ice Muscle Paste she picked up earlier and the medicine bottles in the Alchemy Room she had just entered. Her medical skills weren’t merely good; they were exceptional.
Suddenly, Su Qing rose from the dressing table and ran outside. It felt as if something was missing from the space—the absence of something significant, but she had no idea what it was. All she felt was an urgency to find this absent object.
After a while, Su Qing leaned tiredly against a tree, gazing around the quiet surroundings accompanied only by the sound of butterflies flapping their wings. She had not found what she sought.
She did not know what she was looking for, but she yearned to find it.
An hour had passed outside the space since Su Qing had left, and she realized that time outside hadn’t progressed much despite her lengthy stay within. The space truly was miraculous.
At half-past five in the evening, Su Qing was reading a book from within the space when a servant knocked on her door and asked her to come out for dinner.
At the Fu Family’s dinner table, Fu Limei was not present. Earlier in the afternoon, after Fu Lixin had taken her to her room for a stern talking-to, Fu Limei had run off to confide in her friends.
At the head of the table sat Fu Xunguo, the head of the Fu Family, with the elegant Madam Fu by his side. To Fu Xunguo’s left was his son, Fu Boyann, and beside Madam Fu was their daughter, Fu Lixin, with Su Qing next to her.
"You must be Su Qing. I’ve heard all about today’s incident. I apologize to her and to you," said Fu Xunguo, a handsome middle-aged man, smiling kindly.
"You are too kind; it’s all in the past now."
Su Qing looked at Fu Xunguo sitting at the table. He nodded in approval. He had already heard about this girl from his wife, and he knew that despite her amnesia, she might have an important background. That’s why, after his own daughter had caused trouble for Su Qing, he felt the need to personally apologize.
Fu Boyann’s gaze lingered on Su Qing, who was quietly eating. Her movements were graceful and refined, and she exuded a peaceful aura. Her jet-black hair was tied with a simple leather thong, exposing her delicate jawline and cheeks. Regrettably, her large black-framed glasses obscured most of her face, and she kept her head down so he couldn’t get a good look. He felt a strange compulsion to see her face clearly.
Su Qing quietly had her meal, while the others at the table ate theirs without speaking. She could feel the scrutinizing gaze from across the table but chose to ignore it.
After the meal, Madam Fu pulled her aside for a chat. Just as Su Qing was about to leave, Fu Xunguo, who was sitting on the couch, began to cough violently. Madam Fu rushed over and gently patted his back. "Feeling unwell again? Quickly, fetch the master’s medicine!"
Aunt Xue, who was standing by, hurried off to retrieve the medicine.
Fu Lixin, who had been sitting next to the couch on her phone, promptly tossed it aside and ran to Fu Xunguo’s side. "Dad, are you alright?"
