"What do you mean? Did my brother said something? If so, I’ll go talk to him," Qiao Nian wanted to head out the door but Shentu Chu called her to a stop.

Qiao Nian turned around to face him.

"I’m tired of you," he breathed exhaustedly. "Look at you, can’t do anything right. You can’t cook, do chores or even clean. Fuck, you can’t even make me happy. What’s the use of having you here? There are other girls out there that are better than you," his tone was cold and mean.

Shentu Chu gulped down the pills. Then he motioned for her to leave. Tang An bowed and then picked up her clothes and left.

Once alone, Shentu Chu threw himself down on the couch and looked up at the ceiling. Just a few more days, or weeks....
