Extra's Death: I Am the Son of Hades-Chapter 567: Hostage, Percival Finds The Truth
"So you want me to go into that Site and come out stronger?"
"Yes, that would make you a True Berserker, one that has brawn and brain both."
Nameless Death frowned.
Seeing that, Dren chuckled.
"Do not worry. Even we won't put you in dangerous places suddenly. After all, no matter how strong your willpower is, it will get affected by powerful existences like the Elementals of Monarch of Death and Supreme of Death if we don't help you.
"This is why, you will start in that Site. The Berserk Death Elementals have weakened there over time. So, they should be manageable by you.
"And by our estimates, by the time you leave that Site, you will be as strong as peak Stage-4," Dren explained.
"I doubt Stage-4 is enough to matter in your war."
"It is not," Dren nodded. "But we can't rush this, or else it will destroy you completely. So, unlike with other Berserkers, we will send you to Sites manageable by you and slowly raise your strength and existence level."
"Can't I do the same by ranking up?"
"Hahaha, that's the beauty of Berserkers. You don't need to rank up to raise your existence, since fusing with Elementals of Supreme and Monarch of Death will raise your existence by itself."
Dren walked towards a teleporter.
Nameless Death followed behind him.
"You will be teleported to the center of the Site, and to leave it, you need to reach an edge. But keep in mind, the Site has monsters too.
"These monsters have fused with Berserk Death Elementals, and they attack anything at sight," Dren said.
He signaled to the operator manning the teleporter to start the teleporter.
"Why do you think I am going to do as you guys say?" Nameless Death finally asked.
Dren turned to look at him and smiled.
"Because you don't have another choice."
"Then, what after I become a peak Stage-6 True Berserker? It will take time, sure, but it will happen if we follow your plan. Aren't you worried I will kill all of you?"
His words made Dren laugh.
The man took time to wipe his tears and stop laughing.
"Sorry for laughing like that. I just found it funny that you aren't worried about revealing your plan of backstabbing us."
Nameless Death did not say anything.
Dren smirked when he saw that.
"We are not worried about you backstabbing us. Since we have a hostage."
"….?"
"You came to the planet where the execution of Loved One of Space was taking place. You came with an Outer God.
"By backtracking the Outer God, and the teleporter, we were able to find his home planet. And there we found the planet's teleporter."
Nameless Death had a confused face. "So?"
"The Outer God's planet teleporter must be connected to another teleporter. If we keep backtracking like this, we are bound to find your home planet."
"So you are blackmailing me with my home planet?" Nameless Death snorted. "I don't really remember all of this happening, but I doubt you can track my planet easily.
"You had 500 years and you still haven't found it.
"Don't even bother lying that you did find it. I can read Intent, so I can tell when someone is lying," Nameless Death said.
"You are right. We haven't found your home planet. In fact, we still don't know from where you teleported to the Outer God Yaleth's planet.
"Yaleth seems to be a God who is incredibly obsessed with hiding everything about himself, and has used multiple powerful Wards. It is giving us incredible trouble, which is why…"
Dren looked at Nameless Death with a faint smile.
"We are searching all the galaxies that are within the range of Outer God Yaleth planet's teleporter.
"Sooner or later, we will find where you teleported from, then we will do the same there. We will keep doing it until we find your home planet."
The method of the Alliance would take incredible time.
Not only was the entire universe not mapped out, the known regions were also extremely dangerous.
A lot of galaxies homed monsters alive from the Universe Creation Era.
These monsters were extremely terrifying and powerful.
Moreover, there was no knowing where a Window had opened centuries ago in the vast universe, and what sort of monster came through the Window.
A horde of monsters from the Window could create a new colony.
The new species could then breed with existing monsters in the surrounding regions, and give birth to new dangerous variants.
And monsters were not the only dangers out there.
One could encounter Energy Black Holes, Titan-class Supernovas, transmigrators from other universes, or a hidden God that had been in meditation since eons.
More often than not, any group traveling through space would end up getting annihilated.
It was why teleporters were built and used to travel the universe.
"I don't really understand what's the point of finding my home planet. I don't remember anything, and that's why my home planet has no value as a hostage."
"Haha, I doubt that." Dren said. "Even if you do not have memories, your experiences are imprinted on your Consciousness – and soul too, but those on soul were destroyed with your soul.
"Anyhow, my point is, even if you don't remember about them, you do care about them.
"We will go to your planet, kill them, turn back time, and repeat. It always works." Dren chuckled. "We can start with your parents, or do you have a wife? We can—"
Dren stopped talking and laughed when he saw Nameless Death staring at him with cold anger.
"Don't worry. We won't do anything if you follow our orders. Now, off you go. Also, don't waste too much time. If our estimates are correct, you would come out of the Site in 15,000 years, and I sincerely hope you won't take long."
On average, reaching peak Stage-4 took over a million years for normal Gods.
For Void Gods, reaching peak Stage-3 took over a million years.
Void Gods took more time because they had Divinities.
Nameless Death was a Heavenbreaker, and he must have Divinities too. So by taking others as example, he would need several million years to reach peak Stage-4.
But the Site would push him into that rank within 15,000 years.
This growth speed was on par with successors of Hegemony Empires.
Nameless Death stood in the teleporter.
"I hope we meet soon," Dren waved him off and the teleporter activated.

Time: Few Weeks after Neo left with Yaleth
Percival's eyes snapped open.
"Huff! Hufff!"
He was drenched in sweat. His body trembled furiously, and he was exhausted.
"How… what was that…"
Gritting his teeth, he used Fate Vision trait again.
The tapestry of Fate opened up for him. He was able to see countless other 'realities'.
Normally, he never cared where these visions came from since only one timeline existed.
He believed the alternate realities he saw were fake.
But, this time he saw something different.
Neo, Sword Saint Kane, Nicolas, and Percival left a giant tree – Tartarus.
They had finally succeeded in overcoming the Hell.
Before Percival could look at that in detail, his trait deactivated due to him being exhausted.
"Huff! Huff— Blergh!"
He puked blood.
Putting too much strain on traits was never a good idea, but Percival refused to stop before he got the answers.
"These alternate realities I see with Fate Vision aren't supposed to exist.
"But Neo came to meet me several days ago, and asked about Tartarus, and Sir Nicolas died suddenly. Both don't events are weird.
"But if the alternate reality in the vision is true, everything suddenly make sense.
"Neo remembers the pre-altered timeline where this Tartarus existed, and Sir Nicolas sacrificed his life to his sword there, which is why he died here."
Percival's expression twisted.
Who were those people that erased Tartarus?
Whenever Percival tried to look into their Fate, he received a great backlash.
"No, I can't stop here… I need answers…"
Percival wiped the blood from the corner of his mouth with his sleeves and returned to looking in the tapestry of Fate.

One year and several months later
"Happy Birthday to you. Happy Birthday to you. Happy Birthday dear Layla. Happy Birthday to you!" Henry sang on his newborn sister's one-year birthday.
The little girl was giggling happily.
George and Mara – the reincarnations of Hades and Persephone – smiled, watching the two siblings.
All of Neo's friends had been told Layla's parents were Henry and Neo's parents' reincarnations, though they didn't know they were Hades and Persephone.
Other than the four family members, everyone else had an expression as if they had seen a ghost.
Felix was trembling and hiding behind Arthur. Seeing Henry sing a birthday song, he felt like the end of the world was coming.
Mars had a stiff smile.
Jack was already standing five steps away, and Arthur wanted to hide too, but unfortunately Felix was using him as a cover, and he couldn't move.
Sean and Nathan had horrified looks on their faces. Clara was thinking that this was a dream.
Morrigan was the only one unaffected. Her gaze was fixed on the cake.
Amelia had sent a gift but she was not there.
Her relationship with Henry became strained after Elizabeth died.
She made it quite obvious that she hated Neo. Henry understood that Elizabeth died because Neo sent her to Void Temple, but he still took Neo's side.
Thanks to that, both of them stopped talking.
Amelia still came to Hargraves mansion to meet Layla, but only Layla and her parents.
