Chaos Devourer System-Chapter 124 Evolution!!!

After he felt his bones were sufficiently moisturized by the comfort of the sofa, Zeras finally stood up from his seat.

It was time for his evolution.

Taking off his clothes and trousers leaving him with only pants on. Zeras headed towards the door and he locked it tightly before heading towards the Mana Cultivation room and entering into it.

Zeras entered the blue pool and sat down cross-legged in it before muttering out loud:

"System..."

"Yes, but hope I won't become a monster straight from hell because the Chaos is giving me quite the chills..." Zeras said with caution in his voice, he didn't want to suddenly grow horns from his head as while his strength would vastly improve, he would once again become a lab rat, except this time by the EIA itself.

Zeras waited for the next five seconds but nothing happened causing him to raise an eyebrow.

"Um, system did you finally decide to joke for once..."

"Grrrrrrh..." A hammer suddenly slammed down on his brain Zeras immediately let out an inhumane grunt.

Pain. Soul-chilling Pain.

It was as if his soul was being set on fire.

An Abyssal dark light suddenly flared powerfully from a dark-colored crystal that suddenly appeared at Zera's forehead the dark light in it began spreading looking like a dark crack was appearing all over his body spreading out from the middle of his forehead.

"Krrrrrh, Krrrrrh..."

The sound of grinding teeth echoed out in the room as Zera's teeth clamped tightly on each other, with small lines appearing on them showing they were about to crack into pieces from the crazy amount of force.

"Why??? Why is it so painful..."

Zeras asked with his eyes turning blood red and a line of blood soon appeared dripping down from his eyes.

[It is very painful because the Chaos Devourer gene is facing a strange anomaly. Host's human genomes are fighting crazily to resist the gene and they're doing quite a good job.]

Another loud sound of a hammer slamming down on his brain rang out again but Zeras couldn't handle the effect this time and fell weakly, quickly losing his consciousness while his body soon sank to the cold tiles of the pool.

It was a dark space...

A place where light has been banned and the darkness is the utmost supreme ruler...

A dark abyssal light suddenly bloomed deep in this space sending a violent pulse of abyssal mist of energy rippling through the entire space.

Even though it was incredibly dark in this place and there was supposed to be no source of light.

The dark point of light was just so dark it was unable to be concealed by the darkness of the space.

If one was able to trace this source of dark light, one would notice a gigantic diamond-shaped crystal to be responsible.

Inside this crystal was a dark gas that floated around within, radiating an extremely violent and malevolent force.

Looking closely inside the crystal, a white-coloured body of energy could be seen, floating inside the crystal.

This body was Zera's consciousness.

The body floated rising gently up and down in the dark abyss of the crystal.

Suddenly, tendrils of the dark abyssal light began drilling into Zera's body continuously as his heart began rising and descending, every pump causing the tendrils of the dark energy to enter into Zera's body in large amounts.

Slowly, the white light Zera's body was radiating suddenly began gaining a shade of dark light as if it was slowly getting corrupted by the abyssal energy within the crystal.

On a gigantic golden-colored planet, countless bigger than Earth and billions of light-years from Earth...

A massive structure could be seen at the center of this planet. Different strange runic lines were drawn in this structure revealing a bust of golden lights that illuminated the entire planet.

The top of this massive structure was a flat area and in this area, a figure could be seen...

It was approximately a thousand meters tall, and its body brimmed with extremely powerful golden light while its heart pumped within its chest sending a violent pulse of energy that caused the entire space around him to go haywire creating an illusion of the birth and destruction of the space around him.

The entire area was extremely silent when suddenly the figure opened its massive eyes which seemed to contain thousands of stars each radiating a different light in it...

His eyes narrowed and his gaze pierced through the distance, passing through countless galaxies and billions of miles but his eyes only furrowed more and more as he closed his eyes again...

"I sense a great evil being born..."

"A great Evil it can only be from the birth of that abominable race, Chaos Devourers..."

"But the location is too far away and I can't point it down, besides it disappeared too quickly, aided by a force that made it avoid the inspection of my Hegemonic Star Eyes..."

"No matter where you might be hiding, Child of Chaos, you will be found sooner or later and then exorcised..."

The figure's voice rang out clearly with so much force it caused the displacement of the planet itself causing it to move around chaotically as if unable to bear the force behind the figure's simple words...

Zeras eyes slowly opened as he slowly stood up from the pool.

He could feel the world seemed suddenly strange, in that the clear particles that floated around him could be seen and he could see his sofa through the walls on the opposite side just by furrowing his eyes a little bit.

"Just what is going on..." Zera's right hand automatically moved towards his left eye as he touched feeling an intense itch around it but the feeling soon disappeared.

"Where I'm I? What's going on..." Zeras scratches head a couple of times, in confusion when suddenly a golden coloured panel appeared in front of him...

[Congratulations on Host on his successful evolution.]

"Successful evolution???" Zeras replied confused when suddenly his eyes widened in shock as the memories of his last moments entered inothis head.

"I've evolved. It was successful? Nothing went wrong right?" Zera's asked almost screaming in joy.

[I would advise you to go and check the mirror, Amigo]

A strange expression appeared on Zera's face hearing the system as it sound kinda different this time but he ignored it as he rapidly ran to his bathroom quickly reaching for his bathroom mirror...

Seeing the mirror at the corner, Zeras stood in front of it, his eyes closed, but he calmed down his fear and opened one of his eyes to look at his figure.

Both eyes immediately snapped open in shock as his jaws dropped to the ground while Zeras rapidly retreated away from the mirror in fear as his heart pounded madly in his chest.

"What... What is that!!!!????"
