Inside the training room where there are no irrelevant people around, Qin An didn’t restrain himself anymore and quickly conjured his sword out from the magic circle.

At this moment, Bai Ling and Bai Yue were still in the middle of a heated confrontation.

"Hah!" Bai Ling looks at him with mockery. "How are you even so sure that you can take this back? You died years ago and nobody wants to remember you, even Mother. How can you be so confident?"

"..." Seeing Bai Yue couldn’t answer him, the fear inside his heart disappeared and it was instantly replaced with mockery. Just like in the past, Bai Yue could never win against him. So what if he can see him again? He can’t do anything to him.

"If Mom could see you, do you even think that she’ll accept you in her life? You’re still useless even now, what’s the use of you?"

"I’m her real son!" Bai Yue tries to refute but it only made Bai Ling laugh loudly as if what he heard was the biggest joke he got.

"Mom can even abandon you and choose to remain silent when I pushed you that night. She knew I killed you yet she didn’t make a fuss and was even happier. So what if you are the real son? Do you think it matters to her?"

The situation seems to reverse now as Ba Ling had the upper hand again on pressing Bai Yue. It’s always been like this ever since. He cannot win against Bai Ling’s tricks no matter how he tries to do it.

But on this matter, will he just let him succeed again?

Bai Yue’s hands turn into a tight fist and give the young man a smile with malice. "It doesn’t matter. Mom will surely accept me this time..." Bai Yue’s eyes stared at Bai Ling’s body and remembered the ghost’s words to him.

As long as he can enter this body... everything will be his again. As long as he can take back what’s his, everyone will accept him, especially his Mother.

Bai Ling’s heart skipped a beat when he saw Bai Yue. He doesn’t understand why the latter seems too sure about something but that undoubtedly made him sent shivers down his spine.

Bai Ling subconsciously took a step backwards yet the next thing happened completely caught him off guard.

Because right when he blinks, Bai Yue suddenly disappears in front of him.

Bai Ling’s eyes widened in shock but his pupils contracted in horror even more when in the next second, a bloody and ghostly face appeared right in front of his face.

Bai Yue grins creepily. "I’ll take it back, Bai Ling."

"!!!!"

At the following moment, Bai Ling saw Bai Yue turn into a dark mist and flew directly inside, penetrating straight inside his heart.

"AHHH!!" Bai Ling shouted in horror again, especially when he felt something strange growing inside him. He could feel himself mysteriously getting detached from his body. His limbs were no longer in his control even if he tried harder.

This situation totally freaked him out and he started looking around him to call for help. He only saw Qin An but he didn’t care who it was anymore and shouts in fear.

"H-Help! What’s going on?!"

From those seconds when Qin An saw Bai Yue turn into a dark mist, he already ready himself to block what he’s planning. He would never allow a second possession again yet before he could do it, Qin An sharply noticed an attack coming behind him. And thus without hesitation, he swung his sword and blocked the attack from the new intruder.

It was Xiaopang.

When Qin An saw his new state, he frowned. Xiaopang is different from before. This ghost had already become a demon last time he possessed Lu Nanxiao but he took care of that matter and decided to erase the resentment around him due to the latter’s help back then.

After that, Xiaopang disappeared and didn’t disturb them anymore. Some things also appeared one by one so Qin An forgot about his matter. However, he thought that since his consciousness was back, the latter would behave. He didn’t expect that Xiaopang would do something behind his back and thus resulted in this case.

Forgiving him for causing trouble was the chance for his merit, but doing this again is not within that chance.

Since he decided to cause another trouble again, he won’t allow them anymore.

"Zhao Xiaopang, since you decided to lose the chance, I will now take back your merit. Thus, as a sinner, you will be punished and perish for your crimes." Qin An declared solemnly.

Zhao Xiaopang laughed with his sinister voice. "Merit? I don’t care even if I suffer in hell again! As long as I can take my revenge, I will do anything!"

Qin An frowned. "What did you do?" he asked with a cold and authoritative voice.

Xiaopang laughed loudly again. "What else?! Of course, I went to those murderers and avenged myself!"

It turns out that after that incident between him and Lu Nanxiao, Xiaopang went outside and decided to visit his parents. What he did actually made him feel guilty. He’s not a bad person nor even a bad ghost. He couldn’t really possess Lu Nanxiao because he couldn’t do it to others.

As of now, he just wanted to visit his parents again. He wanted to know their condition because he couldn’t do it back then. Now that his memories are back, he would like to go home.

Xiaopang missed them badly.
