Beastmen Love-Chapter 213: Happy Memories At The End

When Astri woke up, she decided to try not to focus on the pain. She needed to remember that, even if it took a long time, she would find her family. Nature was on her side and would help her find them. She could only pray for Claud to check on Biggie sooner rather than later.

After four days sailing, Astri was lying on her bed at night, writing a diary and journal at the same time. She writes what she did on that day and also whatever comes to her mind of the things she remembers, drawing and writing. She wants to give to her family when they’re reunited.

Shinkou comes to bed after finishing bathing, and he watches her writing and drawing.

"What is it?" She asks, smiling.

"It’s just amazing. I have no idea what you’re writing, but everything looks beautiful." He says, but not really looking at the paper. "Not as beautiful as you, of course.."

She looks at him after closing the journal.

"Are you liking being in a ship?" She asks.

"I never had a home, but anywhere feels like home if I’m with you."

"Sweet talker.. Can I ask you something, and you won’t be mad?"

"Of course.."

"Why have you never tried to mate with me?"

His eyes widened in surprise, then he sat.

"Why..? Well.. I.."

She sits down, too, then holds his hand to calm him down.

"Don’t worry. I don’t want to force you into anything." She says.

"No. You’re not forcing anything. I was... worried about you. I didn’t want you to feel I’m taking advantage of you while you’re in a hard phase to become your spouse. I want you to feel I care for you, not only because you’re a Goddess, too."

He passes his fingers on her face, then puts her hair behind her ear.

"There’s nothing you would make me mad besides saying you don’t want me to be your spouse anymore." He says, and she chuckles.

Now she understands that it’s not that he doesn’t want, he was just waiting for her to feel ready and take initiative.

"I was afraid of you thinking I was taking advantage of you, too." She admits.

"I know you would never."

"I know you would never, too."

His heart jumps, making his body hot and his face lean toward her automatically. They kiss deeply because she made it go that way. She straddles him and keeps kissing him, elevating his desire for her to a point he can’t hold anymore, making him hug and roam his hands on her body and press her to him.

She opens her sleeping kimono and exposes her skin and breasts. He groans and kisses her neck, getting addicted to her taste. She opens her kimono more, and he can see her legs more, feel more of her skin.

"Astri... I can’t hold myself anymore.." He whispers, still trying to hold his desire.

"Don’t hold yourself. Only if you don’t want me anymore, but I’m more than ready for you." She says, breathing heavily and excited, too.

He rolls her down, then removes his kimono, too. Helps remove the rest of her clothes, and he’s delighted to see her naked fair body. He kisses her neck, and she holds her moaning, biting her lips. She grabs his length, taking him by surprise, and starts to rub it, and he moans on her lips as they kiss.

He knows she’s more experienced for having 10 spouses, but he didn’t imagine she would be active during this moment. Astri rolls him down, and sways her hips massaging her door on his hot length. He moans, wanting to link his body with hers, and she can’t deny she’s not into preliminaries either. She inclines her body, and his sex aligns with her entrance.

They moan together, feeling their body getting adjusted to each other. They exchange positions many times, he could watch his mark star to appear next to Cyprian’s, and the happiness of finally becoming her spouse is so big that he had to pump harder as he’s building up his release.

They make love two more times before she’s exhausted. He had to go out to take water to clean her, and when Kenzou saw from the deck Shinkou with his kimono roughly tied, he knew they had finally mated.

Kenzou smiles and hopes that Astri will feel a bit happier from now forward. Shinkou helps clean Astri after that long love session. He’s beaming, and when he looks at his arm and sees the wings surrounding his fox mark, it makes him feel blessed.

In the United Tribes, after five years of searching for Astri, things couldn’t be harder. Astri’s spouses are getting thinner, having a hard time eating, but they have to eat to try to keep their strength to protect the children and keep the children eating, too.

Some days, they simply stay in silence most of the day, doing nothing and just existing.

"Father Claud?" Yuki asks Claud, who was sitting on the sofa.

"Yes, dear?" Claud asks, after waking up from his trance.

"Isn’t this the day to take fathers Dante and Xzan?"

"It’s true. Can you call your father Kangki?"

Yuki nods and goes to her parents’ bedroom. Kangki was sitting next to Astri’s Pegasus body, passing his hand on her neck, but looking nowhere specific.

It hurts deeply for Yuki and her brothers to watch their fathers like that. The children focused on studying, training, and taking care of each other more than anything.

"Father Kangki?"

Kangki looks at Yuki slowly. She goes to him and hugs his neck. Kangki’s eyes filled with tears, and hugs Yuki back.

"Thank you, my sweet piece of the sky." He says.

She cleans his tears, and then holds his hand to bring to Claud, who was in a trance again.

She hugs him, too, helping him gather strength to keep on their search. After appreciating Yuki’s warm energy, Claud stands up and looks at Kangki.

"We need to take Xzan and Dante. They went searching on lands a bit far from here." Claud says.

Kangki nods. They walk outside and tell Beau and Koa in the lake where they’re going. Beau and Koa come out from the lake wanting to join them, because they wanted to do something or else they would stay depressed. And being depressed doesn’t help anything.

Claud and Kangki closed their eyes to look after Xzan and Dante’s energies. They wish they could find Astri’s energy easily. After looking at the others’ energies so many times, they find the others fast.

However, when they found their energies, they got worried and quickly made a portal.

Xzan and Dante didn’t become Astri’s spouses officially, but she had accepted them as so. Even if they don’t have powers like the others, they wished to travel the world to try to find Astri, too. But this last area they chose to look around was nothing like they imagined. It was ruled by Monsters, and the people around were corrupted souls. When a female got angry because they didn’t accept her, she sent a message to Monsters to attack them.

Xzan and Dante flew away, and fought for their lives. Dante and Xzan defended each other fiercely. Dante is hit by a Monster Minotaur, and its horns hit his neck and ribs.

Dante falls on the ground and agonizes, trying to remove the Minotaur from him and stop to keep on being stabbed by the horns. Xzan jumps on the Minotaur, bites its neck, and shakes it to kill it. Xzan sees that Dante doesn’t have the strength to stand up; he’s losing too much blood. Xzan keeps protecting Dante, but soon he’s hit several times and two Monster Tigers bite him, and when he is about to be dismembered, Claud, Kangki, Beau, and Koa appear, attacking and killing the Monsters.

Claud leaves the Monsters to the others and runs to Xzan and Dante. He gets shocked by their estate; Dante was giving his last breaths, and his body goes limp.

Xzan watched his best friend dying and cries. He looks at Claud, knowing that he will soon be meeting his friend. Claud removes his jacket and rips it to tie the wounds, trying to stop the bleeding, but he knows that there’s nothing much more he can do to help. Xzan’s right leg is almost severed from his body, and his arms have deep wounds where they can see the bones.

"I’m sorry... I should have come sooner.." Claud says, sadly, to Xzan.

"No.. How would you have known that this would happen?.. These lands are corrupted by Monsters. If she’s here, she wouldn’t be alive." Xzan says, painfully.

Xzan fights to stay conscious and breathing, coughing up blood. The others run to them, and sigh sadly when they see Dante dead and Xzan’s situation.

"Please... Tell her that we loved her...until the very end... Never.. Never stop looking for her... Please.." Xzan says, with a hoarse voice.

Claud nods, and then he touches Xzan’s face and passes him memories of Astri’s happy moments. Xzan sees her in his mind and smiles, with tears falling from his eyes, and dies in Claud’s arms with a smile on his face.

The others stay there, in silence, mourning the friends’ death and appreciating their courage to travel the world even knowing they didn’t have powers. Dante and Xzan are brought to the United Tribes, and they’re buried next to Dieg’s previous grave.

The people were very sad about the loss of two of their leaders, and they’re divided if they worried if this search for Astri should continue. Even if there are some who don’t agree, there’s nothing they can do because it’s not their decision to make.
