I have seen and heard my share of rags-to-riches stories, and many of them claimed that they had started from 'junkyards' and slowly grew to be where they were right now.

He chooses to be reborn in MHA with the Telekinesis as his quirk and the potential to achieve Absolute Mastery and Power over his ability.The MC will be overpowered and there will be some dark elements.
